Cheaper DIO2 test?
So bearing in mind the warnings in the below thread, I've found a clinic who seem to offer DIO2 testing without counselling, for £60: https://www.countryhealth.co.uk/product/di02-genetic-snp-test/ Too good to be true? Has anyone tried it? Thread about the clinic: https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/

Egg sharing counselling appt
Hi all just had my first egg sharing counselling apt, spoke about a few things I also asked about pco as I have this but have been led to think it doesn’t effect ttc, but have been told today that it can, basically because I have more follicles I could be releasing the unmatured ones which is why I’m

I can’t get moving!!
Yesterday after battling with my husband for about a week, he came over and signed the dissolution papers. I still love him, but haven’t been in love with him in a few years. He is a recovering addict and I don’t know if that’s a contributing factor, but he’s emotionally and verbally abusive. Often

Complicated Grief
Hi ladies, This next post is just my way of trying to understand what I'm feeling. It deals with some of the more complicated feelings I've had in the hope of connecting with some of you who have felt similar. Any clarity you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I've lost something

Depressed and Anxious
Hi everyone. My name is Jonathan and I’ve been really struggling with depression and anxiety lately. It’s not something new but it’s getting hard to cope with it all. I don’t do much throughout my day and don’t feel up to doing much. I feel like a complete failure and my life is hardly worth living.

Next step on the baby journey! Looking for points of view and advice
Hi Ladies, I hope you are all well. It has been about 6 months since my last post and I wanted to say a big Thankyou to all of the ladies that replied to me with advice. I decided to go ahead and have my lap and tube op. Left tube was taken and right tube was left in as it’s fine. Large fibroid found

Feeling all alone
I am new here. I have been on anti- depressants for 20 years. During that time, I have been to counseling. It did seem to help. Thee have been many huge obstacles that I have overcome, and am thankful that I was able to do that. I have been divorced twice. My last husband took all of my retirement money

I have anxiety since high school because I was bullied by three boys, they would throw things at me, swear at me and basically verbally abuse me nearly every day to the point where I was scared to go school. This was since I started high school so since I was 11 to 15 years old (my last year was ok cause

Don't know where to turn at times.
Many days I don't know what to do to feel better mentally nor physically. My mental state scares me a lot do meds really help? Do counseling help?? These are a few questions I asked myself. My anxiety level always high I panic a lot plus much more. I'm just tired of this it's weighing me down

Counselling....!
Was offered 'Counselling' today by my GP, mainly for Bereavement and other Traumatic events. I just don't know, I really don't. Do I drag everything back up again or just try and carry on as I am??? Lying in bed, can't sleep and Brain working overtime. Urgh!!!

Is drifting apart / very little or no physical contact / life as roommates a common stage of married life? Cuz that's what I'm going through and it sucks! I don't know how to make my husband hear what I'm saying. I'm not interested in growing old with a roommate! I'm about done with being rejected all

People have no idea...
Today I’ve just about had it. I’m physically and mentally wrecked from dealing with mom and her condition. Her behavior is so draining, it literally sucks the life out of me. And yet, I feel guilty for having these thoughts because she is the one with the illness. Though I don’t actively take care

Apps for mental health
I wanted to share that I heard there are apps that you can download for one-on-on counseling ( you are matched with a person who you are able to connect with on your device) Talkspace. Also Calm (helps with breathing, sleeping and relaxation) another one is Headspace which has with helping to keep calm

New here and in desperate need of help
Hi, I am new to this forum (a 26 year old female who lives alone, in case that is relevant) and really struggling. I'll try to keep this brief but might not be able to! Sometimes I can be fairly sure it is my OCD that is causing things but I have reached a point where I am not sure if it is OCD or I
