I normal respond really well to
magnesium
. This time I could not. The hospital rang my wife in Wales and said they planned to ventilate me. She said to give me a chance I normally bounce. Anyway I went for 12 hours and I got really tired. My heart was doing 160 and my o2 was 72.

Magnesium for palpitations
Hi all, Just wondering what type of
magnesium
you take to improve palpitations. I have been taking
magnesium
citrate but on reading up I think
magnesium
taurate may be the current one? I have not had much luck with the citrate.

I also supplement my diet with
Magnesium
and Vitamin D, a daily dose of Cod Liver oil. I actively cycle, having taken up eBiking (if that's a word) and I am now cycling to work and back, a distance of 32 miles each day! My diet is called a 'Mediterranean Diet', which my wife prepares each day.

Magnesium
is the oft talked about one for AF or ectopics, and I added
magnesium
quite a while back, with a marginal though noticeable effect on damping ectopics.

Bounding Pulse wrecking havoc on my life for years
I have tried everything, beta-blockers, SSRI,
magnesium
, literally everything, and nothing works. However, there are lots os things that make it worse. Most supplements seem to make it worse, vitamin D makes it really bad for some reason. I have to be very careful with what I put in my body.

Magnesium supplement advice please
I've been taking
magnesium
glycinate supplements, no sure if they helped but heho, I've ran out so I need to reorder. I don't want the same brand as they were huge! I've searched on here and it looks like taurate might suit me better as I struggle with ectopic heartbeats a lot.

Hypnosis
DR prescribed 1200 mg Gabapentin and 400 mg of
Magnesium
. I am uncomfortable as my RL occurrences are all over the place. Hence wondering if Hypnosis would offer any relief. RL problems about 2 years now.

Timings of meds...
Question...where is the best place to take K2....and perhaps
magnesium
because of leg cramps? I will try K2 via food...apparently sauerkraut is good, but it has to be the unpasteurised type. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you again.
