supplements for teenage migraine
I saw on the Cleveland’s clinic site the mention of riboflavin,
magnesium
and coenzyme q10 but it didn’t say how much and if suitable for a 14 year old. My daughter has suffered migraines since the age of 3 and is about to start studying for GCSEs.

I think a magnesium supplement does make a difference - to me at any rate
I had read some information on here a while ago about the benefits of taking
magnesium
supplements. I had been taking soluble
magnesium
right at the start of PMR but decided against continuing with it (completely forgotten the reason why).

Love gabapentin!
Anyway, new doc put me on 100mg gabapentin at night, I'm continuing .5mg of requip at 7pm, (for the time being), along with CALM (
magnesium
). Will redo ferritin labs. My point is.....I was a little fearful to change drugs. I've been on requip for 20+ years, I'm used to the ups and downs.

any higher strength iron glycinate supplements?
I'm trying to keep vit D, all B vitamins,
magnesium
, zinc and EPA in the mix (opposite end of day from thyroxine). But also keep number of tablets to a minimum due to oppositional mindset! Any suggestions for higher strength?

I wonder if anyone else has tried bathing in magnesium salts?
I’m not claiming it as a miracle cure - in fact, I don’t think it’s a cure at all - but it seems to help soothe some of the symptoms in my creaky old body. I don’t think it’s a good idea to do it too often, and anyhow we’re supposed to be saving water and the flakes are quite expensive, but once a week
