Rising ca125
Feeling well generally had
magnesium
problems but tablets and infusions sort that out in fact infusions may be stopped as
magnesium
up to good levels . my CA125 blood test has shown an increase up to 78. It was as low as 10 ...6monthsish ago.

Another Echolight Scan versus Dexa Numbers
I currently take calcium and Vitamin D,
Magnesium
, C, etc. Does Collagen work? I've heard mixed things about Strontium. Ugh.

Is PharmaGaba good or bad for PD folks?
Online threads have said taper very slowly and take
magnesium
and b vitamins. Is PharmaGaba beneficial for PD? I don't know alot about glutamate excitoxcity but GABA is involved in process. Truly shocked to read all the horror stories on gabapentin.

experimenting with split dose T3 timings
Plus I take
magnesium
about an hour before I go to bed around 1-2am. Wondering instead if I take my first dose at around 4pm, which is around 3hrs after my breakfast and then second dose around 8pm and then dinner around 8.45pm.

Article to yesterdays afib and dark chocolate
They added that “a typical 100 calorie serving of dark chocolate” (this would typically be around 17g or 5 small squares of chocolate) contains 36 mg of
magnesium
, which has blood-pressure lowering and antiarrhythmic effects.

Worsening burning, restless, pins and needles in both feet and calves - is this related to the prednisolone, PMR, or something related?
I take
Magnesium
Glycenate each day, and have not been troubled by restess legs for several years.

Periodic episodes of fluctuating tachycardia while in AFib.
I've tried
magnesium
, vit c, vit d( which seems to aggravate) fruits and veggies, beet root extract, co q10... Nothing seems to help ....and my doctors don't seem to care and disregard my concerns. They tell me I'm obese . I'm 6 ft 1 and weigh 300 lbs...I don't look like I'm that heavy.

Insomnia? Some good results here
Valarian root/
Magnesium
an hour before bed. Helps a little. Instead of being fully awake at 3am, i feel dozier and can drift in and out of sleep. I tried not taking it for a few nights and the fully awake feeling returned. So helped - but not enough for me.

Timings of taking vitamins/supplements
I have read conflicting things online about whether to take zinc and
magnesium
together - some say you definitely shouldn't, others say you should! And iron should be taken away from zinc/B12 complex right? Is it ok shortly before the
magnesium
/zinc/vit D/k2? Thank you!

For my fellow Restless Leg Syndrome sufferers
At follow up appointment to discuss results with Neurologist I mentioned that my RLS symptoms had slowly got better ( although not gone) as I increased my thyroid hormone - I’m on Armour Thyroid NDT (still not yet optimal after 2.5 years, but slowly getting there) and high- dose
magnesium
.
