I thought it was thyroid but seems to be calcium deficiency
Hi, I recently have been very tired, depressed, very forgetful and fatigued and recently waves of dizziness (yesterday and today - feels like an inner ear thing). I thought that perhaps my hashimoto's was playing up but no, I went to the doctor for blood tests and they did a full blood count as well

Day 8 and hubby is still alcohol free
Hubby still has tremors, which the alcohol nurse thinks should have stopped by now? What do you guys think? However hubby is now worried that it might not be just down to the alcohol and that he actually might have Parkinson's Disease like his dad did? The alcohol nurse has asked us to contact hubby's

Timing of vitamins
This was an interesting article. I began taking Vitamin D3 and co-factors after joining this site, as well as a B complex and C. After reading this article I changed my pill box around a little, moving the Vitamin C to bedtime. I had no idea it would prevent absorption of Vitamin B12. I knew about

Go ahead with another ablation or not.?
I’m in a little bit of a dilemma and want to know what you guys/girls think. Iv had 3 PVI ablations for PAF and I’d say I’m doing rather well. I had a fourth ablation cancelled 12 months ago because of the covid situation we’ve all been in. When it was cancelled I started myself on multi vitamins and

Help pls? So, SO tired and other things... am I under or over-medicated do you think?
Hallo all I posted these results below recently as was baffled at how 'good' they are. My health seems to be fluctuating but the most problematic thing I have now is fatigue (again). I struggle to fall asleep (this is quite new for me) and really struggle to be up in the morning. Once asleep I'm best

Mental Update
Hello everyone, Just an update on me. I’ve been doing so well for the last 2 weeks. I’ve been working in some delivery services, I’ve been doing some light jogging, and play some video games, which tires me out by the end of the day. My sleeping schedule is ok not too bad. Occasionally I do get some

Deficiences caused by B12 injection therapy...
I have cellular magnesium and zinc deficiencies as a result of B12 injection therapy - this means my body is overall deficient at a cellular level even though most of the time my serum blood results for magnesium and zinc are normal. Has anyone else experienced this? (I was also potassium deficient but

Leg ache
I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and for the past 8 weeks I have been suffering with a constant dull/heavy ache in my legs (mainly calves and ankles) sometimes the pain is unbearable and cry most nights. It’s been affecting my sleep as I often wake up throughout the night with it or I can’t get to sleep
