Heart Transplant
Has anyone on here had a heart transplant? If so, can they tell me what its like to live after the operation? What changes do you have to make? What drugs do you have to take and are the side effects debilitating? Thanks in advance.

T-cells from recovered COVID-19 patients show promise to protect vulnerable patients from infection.
T-cells taken from the blood of people who recovered from a COVID-19 infection can be successfully multiplied in the lab and maintain the ability to effectively target proteins that are key to the virus's function, according to a new study published Oct. 26 in Blood. Can someone help my understand when immunotherapy is an option?
Hi, my mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 non small cell lung cancer with Mets to bones in Feb 2019. She has EGFR mutation 18. The doctor mentioned possibly trying immunotherapy as she is having progression to more bones after two TKI and chemo. She does not have PDL1 mutation and her last blood biopsy

Moffitt researchers develop tool to better predict treatment course for lung cancer.
Personalized treatment options for patients with lung cancer have come a long way in the past two decades. For patients with non-small cell lung cancer, the most common subtype of lung cancer and the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide, two major treatment strategies have emerged: tyrosine

Listing query for Lung Transplants England
Can I ask is there still a hold on listing in England, for Lung Transplants? I have been informed lately that the 'super urgent, and urgent' are now lifted and its business as usual, as we all had a window from Covid, bit perplexed as I know of a few patients who fit normal criteria, not yet listed

Feeling Frustrated and a little worried so having a sound off
I spent a lot of time yesterday trying to find out what to do if my pharmacy cannot secure a supply of medication which is fundamental to my treatment of Myasthenia, not the AF, although the lack of treatment may affect my hear. The med is Mycophenolate mofetil which is an immune suppressant, most usually

Colon Mass Secondary to Lung Cancer
Has anyone experienced having a malignant colon mass after being treated for Lung Cancer? My father had upper right lung lobectomy in 2017 and finished chemotherapy, now he has a colon mass, his gastro doctor said he needs to undergo chemotherapy first to make the tumor smaller then will proceed to surgery
