Variable peak flow daily
Hi Team wondering if anyone can help. Peak flow when checked first thing in morn is about 360 and best of 3 is around 380/400. I check peak flow at lunchtime and it up sometimes to 500, but an hour or two later could be 380. Does anyone know why my peak flow is so variable, keeping peak flow

Low Carb really works for me
May 3 rd this year was my moment of truth when I knew I had to do something about two years of pred use weight gain. After two weeks of thinking I was low carb, the scale had not changed! Discouraged I sought the forum’s help and was alerted to the existence of carbs in many hidden places. It is true

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
Has anyone tried LDN? I have Hypothyroidism (Hashimotos), Fibromyalgia, Brain Fog, occasional insomnia. I take Levothyroxine (100mg) for Thyroid but don't take any medication for Fibromyalgia. I don't intend to substitute Levothyroxine but would like to know if LDN has helped anyone? Thank you

ADVICE ??
I’ve had celiac disease for ever it seems like but only went gluten free the beginning of this year. All my symptoms were always blamed on not eating a controlled gluten free diet. Now that I am GF, the stomach issues are worse and they say it’s IBS-C. I’ve had a lot of problems with constipation, trying

Headache since starting Armour - should I stop taking it?
I have started taking 1 grain of Armour ndt after being on 100 mcg of Levothyroxine. Since starting 10 days ago I have had a headache every day. I have taken Armour before with no headaches that I can remember but changed to Naturethroid when Armour became too expensive. When that was found to be sub-potent

YOPD and post-exercise supplements question
Hi. I’ve had YOPD for about 4 years; diagnosed at 44. Does anyone know if it’s ok to do protein shakes after exercising or working out? If so, is whey protein alright? Not sure if it’s been helping me maintain muscle or not. I lost alot of weight in the past few years. Any advice?

They fed healthy overweight folks raw broccoli sprouts for 10 weeks and IL-6 and C-Reactive Protein went way down!
Healthy adults with overweight who consumed fresh broccoli sprouts daily for 10 weeks experienced a 38% reduction in interleukin-6 and a 59% reduction in C-reactive protein, two biomarkers associated with inflammation, according to findings published in Clinical Nutrition. https://www.healio.com/news

Full Cream Milk
Oh I love it! I have decided and ordered a tin of it to add to my low fat diet in which I have recently lost 2 lbs. My decision is not based on emotions. In fact one of our Holy Imams (a.s) advised a man to drink 'milk' for weakness which I am experiencing while dieting and exercising and once in a week

Peak Flow doesn't always drop despite being symptomatic.
I was reading Lysteria's post about taking your details to take to A&E etc. She mentioned that her peak flow doesn't drop during an attack. I have an appointment coming up next month with the Severe Asthma Team where I feel I should mention this again. I've mentioned it in the past and my consultant
