Changes at 6.5
Tiptoeing my way down from 7mg (started in Dec. 2022 at 20) to 6.5, I noticed that I no longer bruise so easily (yay!) and my allergic contact dermatitis has returned (boo). But more significantly, I feel fatigued much of the day (I've been very active) and a bit depressed (I'm usually optimistic) until

Am I going insane?
Hmm so I’m just wondering, do those of you with PA that self inject regularly still suffer extreme fatigue and body aches and pains or other symptoms? I have celiac disease and that’s in remission thanks to a gluten free diet and I self inject fortnightly. I follow a good gut health diet but was told

Getting ready to begin T3... YAY... but...
I found a swell Endo (unwilling to wait 6-12 months for the NHS referral), and he's prescribing Tybon Henning 20mcg tablets to chop up. I currently take 75mcg Levo and have done so for 20+ years. I feel like a slug, gained about two stone in the past 3 years, have chronic pain, no libido, a bit depressed

naltrexone
Has anyone out there tried low dose Naltrexone for their RLS? My doctor is considering this as part of a long term rotation plan to manage dependence and augmentation. I haven’t found a lot of information yet, but interested in having as many options

My visit to a new MDS
I had a great 1st visit with a new MDS last week. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. To be honest, I am very pleased! The visit lasted over 3 hours one on one. He told me I have no symptoms of MSA or PSP, so he recommended against a DAtScan. He conducted a cognitive exam, found no evidence of

Hi, I was diagnosed with extended DCIS with ER+, PR+.I had a total mastectomy with a diep flap 2 weeks ago, My surgeon referred me to medical oncology for hormonal therapy. I am curious do I still need hormonal therapy as I already had a mastectomy, as far as cancer recurrence and preventing cancer

where to go from here
I started t3 a month ago first 2 weeks 2.5 mornings only which I definitely believe gave me more stamina and energy and then after 2 weeks added in a second afternoon 2.5, - im not sure if this made much difference, perhaps as first was going from nothing to something and this was just a small increase

New therapies for RLS!! New research finally!
I have had RLS for 30 years, but when prescribed pramaprexole, of course, it made the monster worse. I did some research and there are two new therapies coming out. One is a new drug discovered by professor Dr. Stefan Clemens at Brody school of medicine...he discovered why augmentation happens...

New to T3, advice please
Hello there, help please! Results listed below....I have always been symptomatic with Hashimoto's, diagnosed 2019. Was on just levo for years but after DIO2 testing and conversion rate of t4 to t3 being low I was started on a trial of T3 in march 2023. I always have blood testing between 8am and 9am.

anyone tried low dose naltrexone for fertility?
Hi there, I'm just come across Low Dose Naltrexone and the LDN Research Trust and it seems to work miracles on both fertility and autoimmune conditions (I have hashimoto's - auto immune underactive thyroid) and have been trying to conceive naturally for almost three years. I wondered if it's something
