struggling with UCTD -advice needed re PIP
I am aware how UCTD affects my
mood
. I find my
mood
really
low
when fatigue is at its worst. I try to practice mindfulness to accept and cope. I am a single mum, working part time. My work gives me a sense of purpose and I find it rewarding and meaningful.

Sure, my hair is intact, and I'm migraine-free this time, but welcome to the Zoladex rollercoaster - highly irritable, snappy,

Bubbles in urine
Hello, Had a quick question about bubbles in urine. Some days my urine is totally clear. Perfect color no bubbles at all. Other days, usually the first/second time I go in the morning it has some bubbles in it. Can what you eat effect that? I eat a low protein diet, no red meat or poultry. Only

B1 therapy HDT benefits/dose pill cutter?
B1 has helped a great deal with fatigue but when I’ve stopped taking it to check out possible OD, then fatigue/

/poor motivation have returned very quickly. I’m probably OD at the moment with 100mg day sublingual (fantastic for first few days but then insomnia and other symptoms ).

Update #8 Endo or Endon’t
Happy with all this steady improvement although it is slow and I remain extremely fatigued and quite stubbornly
low
in
mood
as usual for me. Weight loss has been up and down, I have lost around 3/4 of a stone so far but anticipate much more of a loss once thyroid hormone is optimized.

kidney disease and TSH
I’ve been feeling so rubbish recently, tired,
low
mood
, unable to shift weight despite a very good diet and excercise regime and sorry for TMI but my libido has packed up and left the country which is causing issues in my relationship. Could this be to do with my rising TSH level?

Raised Creatinine in urine
Hello everyone I was diagnosed with PMR in January and am now down to 4.5mg prednisolone. Having piled on the pounds at first I have been on a low carb diet since March. I do eat quite a bit of meat and a recent urine dip stick test showed raised creatinine. Could this be caused by high protein/low carb

Dealing with stressful situations and events while in prednisolon
I feel like I have all these stress symptoms, tired, worn-out, agitated, cannot stay asleep, and
low
mood
and sweating at night. Could it really be that it is due to the production of cortisone is too low to handle the stress? I cannot walk away from it but just needed to vent here - -

How do you tell: physical and mental stress, PMR flare or AI?
With little exercise or energy and v
low
mood
to be honest. I have read all the fantastically useful FAQs but still can’t fathom how to tell if aches pains and fatigue are carer stress and exhaustion, a PMR flare or AI starting that just has to be suffered till adrenals wake up properly.

Hydroxychloroquine affecting hormones??
I’ve been taking that as usual, but I’ve had breakthrough bleeding, wild
mood
swings with quite
low
mood
which is really unusual for me. I’ve also experienced a Migraine with Aura which I haven’t experienced for 3 years since they took me off the contraceptive pill with estrogen.

Standard Peak Flow rate and Clenil dose
How relevant is the flow rate to Clenil dosage? I seem to have the same Standard Peak Flow result (420-450) when taking Clenil 200 x2 twice daily as I did taking Clenil 100x2 twice daily. I worry that my dosage is higher than required- any thoughts please?
