The use of combination therapy in Ireland
This downloable paper shows that Irish doctors are quite ready to prescribe T4/T3 combination therapy and are not dissuaded from doing so:

Happy Days are here again - PSA post IMRT
Hey y'all, I had labs done at AIS as I was there for a post op check after the 28 IMRTs. T under 10 and PSA dropped again from 5.2 to
3.89
💙
,
but I normally go thru Kaiser and this was Quest Labs. I think Kaiser sends out PSA to another lab. This PSA is the lowest in a year PTH

propranolol
hello. I had an awful anxiety attack that started on Sunday. I used to have them in the past as well as depression but taking sertraline 3 times a week helped keep things under control. I’m menopausal and on HRT and I think it’s related. I spoke to a GP who prescribed propranolol for the physical symptoms

Red nose after Raynaud’s diagnosis
Morning all 😀 I was diagnosed with Raynaud’s last winter and have since been experiencing horrible nose and cheek issues. m when I get hot or if I eat hot food my nose and cheeks pulsate and go bright red. It then goes almost back to normal as I cool down!! this has left me with a redder than normal

Femseven conti patches
Hi,Has anyone been prescribed femseven conti patches? I've been prescribed these by the nurse at the GP surgery as an alternative to evorel as they were making me bleed and my anxiety was really bad. I've read on the packet they could increase fibroids so not sure I should be taking them. I'm on 3

Diarrhea and gas after radiation...
In 2019 I had 37 fractions of IMRT. First three years i had no issues to speak of concerning bowels. Last year I had a colonoscopy which showed enlarged blood vessels which was causing the occasional blood in my stool. My question is this...how many of you have had diarrhea and gas show up a few years

Recommendation re supplements
Hi allI'm fairly new to the forum and I'm finding all your info and wealth of experience extremely helpful. Have learnt that addressing possible nutritional deficiencies is important before Thyroid hormone therapy can be optimally effective. I have Hashimotos and recently posted full thyroid panel results

Higher pulse than average
I’m quite fit but am feeling as though I’ve run a marathon - heart rate up and air hungry . I have UAT and take Armour Thyroid. I’ve reduced the dose from 1 grain am and pm to 1 am and 1/2 pm but it hasn’t made any difference. This has been happening for about two weeks now. I also take HRT, vitamin

I miss my cock. The size and appearance of my old fella was nothing remarkable. Circumcised, a tad over the average six inches when hard (I’ll admit to measuring my erection as an insecure teenager to confirm its normality), it nevertheless possessed what I’d like to consider a certain sleek elegance.A

Need help/input on Adjuvant vs salvage radiation after prostatectomy & extended lymph node dissection. Also studies/input on # fractions?
Looking for input on following questions: Are there any studies that show how common lymphedema is after ePLND? (25 nodes removed). Can you share them? Would the risk of lymphedema go up with 20 fractions vs 33 fractions? Any studies on efficacy of 20 vs 33? Lastly, based on history below, what

ADT or Hospice?
My 96 year old FIL was recently diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer which has metastasized to his liver, lymph nodes, pelvis and spine, with a compression fracture in L12. The family is at a crossroads, deciding between starting him on ADT or having him enter hospice. As the urologist described
