Helping Our Bodies Heal
When I was a baby, a drunk driver hit my parents' car. I suffered a concussion, shutting down my endocrine system--low thyroid, low cortisol, inactive pituitary, and on, and on. Nobody caught it for years, and then they had no real solutions. Well, if it is to be, it's up to me and all that, so I hit

NDT causing high cortisol and anxiety
Hi, I'd be so grateful for advice. I feel dreadful. I've attached my latest Saliva test. I have gone from too low cortisol to too high. It happens straight after I take my NDT. I have been taking 110mcgs x 3 times a day. I was taking the first dose 2 hours before I got out of bed. This was the strategy

Low normal cortisol
Can anyone please advise on low cortisol. I've uploaded cortisol test result from a 24hr urine test done at the hospital. Over the previous 4 years I've lost scalp eyebrow hair. I believe this the reason why. The NHS will never treat me and I will have to continue to watch my hair fall out. Although

Cortisol test Swiss Endo says Tirosint level I s fine
Hello everyone I was hoping she would recommend T4 - T3 or at least help me understand if my T4 level is sufficient to covert to T 3. She said she had a patient who was previously on a combination T4/T3 but the company has stopped making it due to lack of people been prescribed it. I seen a Endocrinologist

Hydrocortisone, please help
I am in a really bad place, undiagnosed because of "normal" blood tests, but I suspect severe hypo because of low pulse and very low body temperature. Low cortisol ( I have done the 24 h saliva test). I have an appointment with a doctor in Belgium soon, but I am getting worse every day with dizziness

Advice on adrenal/ dental issues.
I have Hashimotos, PCOS, asthma and estrogen dominance. I have had a saliva cortisol test and have very low cortisol (particularly low in morning). I had dental procedures of amalgam removal (I ingested a significant amount of the filling due to this being poorly removed) and was ill following the procedure

Help please adding thyroxine to NDT!
Hi there, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2015, and started on 50 mcg Thyroxine which was an improvement, but soon realised I needed to add T3, so increased to Thyroxine 75 mcg plus 10-20 mcg T3 (I usually took about 10 T3 daily) On 75 thyroxine plus 10-20 mcg T3 (8/8/17) my bloods were 8/8/17 TSH

Hi - I have finally been to see an NHS endocrinologist. It felt like something of a 'tick box exercise'. My GP agreed to the referral because I had a low serum cortisol result and because (whilst my TSH is 'normal') my FT4 is at the bottom of the scale and I've been pushing for investigation of a possible

I still feel very ill. Still have very heavy concrete arms. Could this be due to low cortisol levels or something along these lines. UK
A few months ago I posted regarding the deep heaviness in both of my arms. I've had it since beginning of 2014. Anyway, I've kept to a good diet as posted before. I began drinking coconut water to up my pottasioum levels in hopes its due to low potassium but no luck at all. I'm starting to become
