Arginine and Taurine
Has anyone here had success with Arginine/Taurine/Magnesium? My Naturopath is willing to have me try but I am wondering if anyone has any firsthand knowledge out there of how long it takes to see results or not? Thanks!

FENCHOL (in basil spice)
Has anyone here experimented with Fenchol and had good results? The easiest way to experiment with Fenchol would probably be to cover your food in basil spice for many days and wait to see if you notice any improvements. FENCHOL was recently proven to show improvements in Alzheimer's, but I noticed a

Completely lost
I’m 72 & in general good health (I think) except for Osteopenia and that I inherited Restless Legs from my mum. I started on .25mg Ropinirole 7 years ago which was like magic but it’s slowly increased to 3x.25mg per night. Perhaps not a big dose but I learned via this site it’s best to switch from Ropinirole

Maze + LLA closure?
I've been a forum member for several years with my afib stories. Now, I am scheduled to have open chest triple bypass surgery this January 2nd, a prospect causing much anxiety (not over the procedure, per se, but the lengthy recovery time. Anyway........ The surgeon told me he could give me a bargain

FIB4 Test
Did a follow up visit today with my hepatologist and he did this FIB4 calc for me. He extracted my data and assessed. Liver disease is frequently asymptomatic, challenging early identification in the primary care setting. The fibrosis 4 (FIB4) index is a liver fibrosis biomarker that is a potential

Could someone please provide me with a link for the Mayo Clinic for up to date information on RLS. I have found one Mayo Clinic document that uses Pramipexole and Ropinirole as treatment for RLS. I thought these meds were not used anymore? Thank you.

Newly Discovered Trigger of Parkinson’s Upends Common Beliefs
Degeneration of dopaminergic neurons is widely accepted as the first event that leads to Parkinson’s. But the new study suggests that a dysfunction in the neuron’s synapses — the tiny gap across which a neuron can send an impulse to another neuron — leads to deficits in dopamine and precedes the neurodegeneration

fibroscope
nearly 5yrs alcohol free. Recent fibroscope has gone from 80+ to 40. But I still have cirrhosis (with no symptoms and normal blood results). Can I be optimistic that my liver is recovering or will it never recover ?

Been having a bad year. Ive been unwell since July and was eventually hospitalised with double pneumonia in September. My rheumatologist treated me for a lupus flare as I had been in a similar situation years previous when first diagnosed with lupus. The dose of steroids did the trick and I was sent

protein supplements: yes or no?
Since I just finished Viewray Tx at UCLA, I’m moving on to the diet & exercise research zone. I’d like input on what the latest research, if any, is RE protein supplements. Whey isolate vs. vegan protein supp? Does either one promote or suppress PCa after Tx? Also, what’s the latest on eggs? It seems

AF is back after lung cancer operation
I had a successful ablation over 4 years ago and stayed in sinus rhythm until this week. I had an operation 2 weeks ago and this week my Apple Watch detected AF. This has been confirmed by GP. Bisoprolol is increased from 5mg to 7.5 to try to reduce the heart rate. Starting that today. I was warned
