my wednesday wobble weigh in :)
wobble been the word , as had gastric flu, and fluid retention any way , so wobbling up and down , at 16.05 in stones and pounds. still sticking to my low carb diet plan, and hoping to feel better soon :) mean while enjoying a cup of lemon and ginger home made tea, to sooth my tummy :)

Day 6 lchf
Morning Well day 5 was disaster. As not prepared & rushing work etc . So toast bfast & low fat sandwich lunch. In boy did i suffer 🤢 so back on it today & few days to organise better and hopefully not too much damage on weigh in Saturday. Lesson learned. 😁 back on track.

my wednesday weigh in report :)
Hi its my 3rd week on the low carb diet, weight wise i seem to have gained 4 pounds , this does not worry me as i am bloated with retention and i usually carry 3 pounds till a period is over, but i have lost two inches off my waist, my weight todate is 16.08 :) i am pleased with that :)

Can we replace our usual Staple food with nuts to be complaint with LCHF?
Would like to know replacing most of our daily food with nuts like soaked almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews and sprouts of moong and peanuts will satisfy LCHF requirement/definition? If not, will it satisfy mostly or not at all? If I take 90% of what I eat only from dry fruits/nuts and sprouts like

Morning everyone. I am reading 25grams per day lchf but i am struggling to get that low! I had 24g for my ist day but 28g while planning todays menu. I am also looking for app android phone for this website to make it easier too. Has anyone had very low weight loss at ist but then after time it works

What would people suggest to start low carb. 50g carb less or more? Do you use the fitness pal? And how much fat would you suggest daily too. I have a book but the more i read the more confused i am! Sorry just trying work out a plan get started properly. Thanks
