Dinner: 7-31-24: Rotisserie Chicken/Salad/Low Carb. Greek Yogurt
This is what I had tonight as leftovers from dinner last night. We had a salad with dressing, bac’n pieces, cheese crisps, rotisserie chicken and a high protein low carb. Greek Strawberry yogurt. It was really delicious and it had 13 carbs. for the entire meal. I will have the rest of the leftovers

I lost 35lbs in 2023-2024 but have been plateauing for a while. I started the diet due to high blood pressure and I've seen my blood pressure reduce from 140/90 to 120/80.
I am now on a low carb diet recommended by my GP and am enjoying the recipes available. I have cut out all starchy foods: bread

Tonight, we had a panini with apples, two flavors of hummus, avocado, feta cheese, tuna and a low carb.- high protein strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt. Everything was really delicious and the first time to do homemade paninis. The meal was 62 total carbs..
LCHF and plum tomatoes?
Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question but been doing google searches and finding all kinds of answers on tomatoes and not sure what to make of it.
I absolutely love plum tomatoes in particular, I have a tin of organic ones and these are the nutrition numbers per 100g:
