Apologies, long post alert!! 🚨 So, I’ve been posting in here quite regularly for th me last year or so, and between the responses I’ve had and the hours I’ve spent reading, I’ve learned so much and feel I am definitely on the road to recovery. I am having a final appointment with Dr Toft this week

Relapsing PMR
I’m interested in others’ experiences with relapse following treatment for PMR. I finished my11-month course of prednisone Dec 31, and was fine for awhile but stiffness and pain - and limited range of motion - are creeping up on me. My internist, who has treated many people with PMR, said that

B12 and Vit C interaction...
Hello, I haven't posted in a long time but continue to read and learn here frequently and think this is probably the best place to look for an answer to my particular concern. IV Vitamin C Therapy?
Hi friends! Wondering if anyone has supplemented their cancer care with IV VItamin C therapy. I work with an ND oncologist along with my regular one and she suggested it. If you have used or are using it, how often and at what dosage? Did you have any side effects? I'll let you know if I start.

Can anyone help me interpret / argue my blood results to my GP?
Hi, I had a full run of bloods last week which have all been signed off as "satisfactory" by the GP. This doesn't solve anything, as I'm still so exhausted that I sleep through 3 alarms including a sunlight alarm clock every morning and can barely keep my eyes open all day. I'd be really grateful
