T level test
Having my first PSA test since IMRT in a few weeks. (last ADT/Lupron was early February. 90 day. Salvage IMRT Radiation ended Early January. Is there a reason my doc didn't order T level test to coincide with the PSA? Seems like you would track increases or Nadirs etc, having them tested the same time

Goat whey, casein, IGF-1 etc. - Do they promote or slow cancer growth?
I've been trying for many years to decide whether to take a protein powder supplement to help maintain muscle mass. Since I started on ADT in 2016, I've lost 30 pounds. I don't know how much is due to the ADT, and how much is due to my diet. I'm 172 pounds now. I was muscular and athletic at 202,

Asking employer for accommodations - yes, no, maybe?
Quick background:BCRed about 2.5 years after adjuvant RT to prostatic bed after RARP. Started Firmagon in May 2022 after nothing seen on PSMA PET/CT with PSA at 0.4. Switched to Orgovyx in November since injection site reaction was compromising QoL. Just before BCR was detected, I started taking adderall

Levothyroxine and HRT
Hi, I've just had some bloods done due to weight gain, feeling generally unwell, menopausal symptoms and also to review my underactive thyroid, I'm on 125mcg Levothyroxine. My T4 is 21 (range 11.20-20.20), TSH 0.04 (range 0.27-4.20), FSH has been measured at 55.9. My GP wants to start me on HRT. Does

Pluvicto and tongue and taste issues
Previously posted the below message. Just had third Pluvicto infusion (6/9) and tongue and taste issue has gotten worse. Tried all suggestions from Oral Medicine at Dana and suggestions on HealthUnlocked. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, any further suggestions. Your input always appreciated

I was diagnosed with endo in 2021, it was removed from my abdominal wall but my pain never fully left. Just 4 months later my symptoms returned and the pain was as bad as it was pre-op. Here I am, 19 months later in significant daily pain. I am signed off sick from work for the 3rd week, and it seems

testosterone boosters after ADT?
I finished SBRT in September and a six month course of ADT in March. I asked my endocrinologist about zinc and Vitamin D to aid T recovery, and he said it probably wouldn’t help, but won’t hurt anything. I saw some “testosterone support” from Wieder at the store and am considering it. It augments

advice/opinions please
over the last few years my TSH has always been outside reference range. The GP has normally said borderline. They have usually been 4.5 and higher but less than 10. Last year in March was 5.3, borderline. Then I had a repeat in June 2022 and it came back as 3.4 no further action which was highly unusual

Right Bundle Branch Block(RBBB)
I have now added a Cardiologist to my list of doctors. During a pre-op checkup for surgery on my Left knee, It was discovered that I have a complete RBBB. My research shows that Eligard/ ADT can be a possible cause. Is anyone else dealing with this? I have an Echocardiogram set for this coming Tuesday
