I’m new here, could my endometriosis be coming back? Any advice would be great
I had the Mirena coil fitted during my
laparoscopy
. My recovery was difficult but I eventually got there and 7/8 months later I was back to myself. All was going great until last month when I started to feel some pain although it wasn’t every day so I tried to ignore it.

recovery from endo surgery - reassurance if possible!
Hello, I am 16 days post
laparoscopy
with a high level of removal of endometriosis from “everywhere…all over the organs” (to quote my consultant!) with adhesions and also adenomyosis found. I’ve been really surprised about how tough the recovery has been.

First Parkrun! 😊👍🏃♀️
When I first started Couch to 5K in the lockdown, my sole ambition was to run in a Parkrun; but of course all the parkruns closed. I thought I’d run for 10K instead. The parkruns were still closed. So I ran for 10 miles. Then a half marathon! By the time Parkruns started up again I was probably occupied

TW miscarriage
So after years of pelic pain and bad periods, 'IBS' and an pregnancy loss at 25wks(15yrs ago)I finally had my diagonistic lap Jan 2023 and extensive endo found in my pouch of doulgas. I saw a very good endo speacialist who said he managed to remove it all and thankfully there was none on uterus/ovaries

FET transfer with a submucosal fibriod
I have planned my next FET for 24 of August. It’s going to be the 4th transfer with one miscarriage and two failed implantation so far. I’ve got a few fibroids but one is partially in the cavity and it’s submucosal. I have done laparoscopic surgery and myomectomy to remove the fibroid but it was unsuccessful

What level should CA125 be after total hysterectomy & bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy?
Hi everyone. I am very new to this forum and can see how vital forums such as this are for those of you who are bravely battling cancer as they provide such essential support, compassion, care and advice to so many and their respective families, partners and friends too. I only wish I had found this

Peritoneal cancer with no visible disease
She’s decided to have a
laparoscopy
to get more information before making a decision. Has anyone been in this situation with peritoneal cancer? Apparently it’s quite rare so we’re trying to get a second opinion.

Recent Diagnosis - What are my options?
Hi, I have recently received a diagnosis of "suspected endometriosis" by my GP and am in the process of figuring everything out. I'm currently 31 and had been on the combined pill since I was 18. I got fed up with how the pills made me feel so I decided to go hormone free and got the copper coil

Decapeptyl and Tibolone
Have been lurking for a while my story is as follows, At 44 and having suffered with what I thought was normal heavy periods and pain both stomach and back, I have been on a bit of a journey in the last couple of years, in 2021 had a polyp removed but in investigations they discovered a likely endometrioma

Endo 'Stroke'
I was offered a hysterectomy with bilateral oopherectomy after I saw the gynea after my initial
laparoscopy
but I declined. Oh how I should have said yes, I wouldn't be where I am now.

anyone diagnosed with mild symptoms
I am currently being worked up due to elevated ca125 (50), but have been having clear scans so far. I know ultrasounds aren’t great for picking up endometriosis so I’m pushing for a lap. I currently have the below symptoms: - dull pressure/ache in my lower left abdomen , below bellybutton towards

Back to the start again… please send advice
hello everybody. I have posed here a couple of times. I have the “typical” endo symptoms. Heavy/painful periods, pain on period passing stool/urine. Ovulation pain. Was put on the Depo for 10 years and just forgotten about. So had no periods = no pain. But then I started getting cramping pain, especially

Laparoscopy when on period?
My
laparoscopy
is next month and I think it’s going to fall at the same time as my period. Can surgery still go ahead even if you’re on your period? Does it make it any more uncomfortable or complicated? Thanks in advance xx

Uninterested GPs
They have put me in for a
Laparoscopy
(reluctantly) but I could be waiting til at least April because they don't see any of this as urgent. And the referal might be rejected.

Laproscopy - question about coedine
I had a laproscopy in October of last year (for removal of a large dermoid cyst from my ovary) Despite my surgeon prescribing me 7 days worth of coedine, the hospital sent me home with only 3.5 days supply (28 x 30mg pills) I was in too much pain despite the coedine, and had to ration myself down to
