Results of Pet/CT scan after 3 cycles of Kisqali
When friends ask about the medicine I'm taking, I just say it is like Ibrance since very few have heard of
Kisqali
. My oncologist decided on
Kisqali
because it has fewer side effects for blood clots and i had one when I was in the rehab hospital after breaking my second hip.

Just a little panicked. I did't think I would be...
For
Kisqali
the reduction will be from 600 mg to 400mg as that’s the way the pills come in 200 mg increments.

Going down …to 400mg from 600mg on Kisqali
Met with the oncology doc and the oncology pharmacist and we decided to reduce the dosage to the next level. We discussed quality of life and my responsibilities with helping with my disabled son (he had a car accident 6 years ago and has a spinal cord injury) and decided this is the best course of action

Kisqali, Faslodex and Zometa
I'm on my 10th cycle of
kisqali
and faslodex along with monthly zometa. My tumor markers are now down to 20. My PET CT Scan no progression and my onc say I'm stable. I've asked will my TM get to zero and answer was no. So what is NED - no evidence of disease?
