I’m 33+4 weeks pregnant and my waters broke today at 2am. I am feeling lots of pressure down below and lots of niggly pains - some contractions too but not really that frequent. How long did you go into labour after your waters broke? I do have Polyhydramnios so there is a lot of fluid!!! It’s my second

Pre-term labour
I’ve been in hospital for 8 days now as one of the swab tests came back positive which means it’s likely I’m heading into pre term labour & I also have Polyhydramnios. Last night I started feeling contractions and was in pain.. they were showing as very frequent on the monitor. It was a long night but

To do KT or not?
To those of you that has had a
kidney
transplant
, do you think it is worth to do it, given all the possible complications and the high risk of developing cancer by taking immunosuppressants ? I am contemplating on undergoing pre- emptive KT but with of these possibilities , I am so nervous.

Possible brain lymphoma

edema of the feet
for more than 6 months I am getting edema on the legs. I am taking Throxine 75 mg daily. TSH reading 1.48 - can anyone tell me please whether the edema has got anything to do with my Thyroid issue? THE BLOOD TEST SHOWS MY CREATENINE LEVEL AT 0.75 AND BLOOD UREA AT 9.1. COULD BE THE CAUSE OF EDEMA

polyhydramnios
I’m currently 32+6 weeks pregnant with my second child and I have severe polyhydramnios (which was picked up at 28 weeks) my current AFI from today is 37cm. I am so worried about what this may mean for my baby. So far all scans have been positive, I’ve had 3 normal scans & 3 scans with Fetal Medicine

kidney infection and low eGFR result
Hi all, I am currently trying to recover from a suspected kidney infection (protein in urine but not sent to lab), taking a course of antibiotics. I have had various tests done as well as I have had a pain in my left kidney area for a long while now, I thought it was a muscle strain. All came back normal

Good morning everyone. Hope you’re keeping as well as can be.. So after Mums CT and recurrence (as some of you may remember) she has had a biopsy and they have confirmed that the plaque like recurrence near her bladder and bowel is from the appendix cancer (that they found in debulk for OC) and not

Brain tumor from liver?
My husband had very strange sensation about 2 months ago. He describes it “electric ants marching from his temple to the end of the arms” and felt nauseous. If I think back, it might have been seizures. It went away after 2 weeks, then he started suffering from daily headache. He always had migraine with
