Anticoagulants - Warfarin v NOACs
My GP said that if I changed to NOACs I would still have to have a
kidney
function
blood
test
every six months thus only reducing my frequency of blood tests from 4 to 2. My GP said he had no objections to me changing but it was my decision.

Another CLL ‘wobble’, seems like I’m ‘losing it’ slightly.
Hi all, and once more I am looking for information from the vast well of expertise which is out there. Recently I ‘wobbled’ about being in subset 6. The thing that precipitated my regrettable ‘wobble’ and erroneous ‘consultation’ with Dr Google & Dr ChatGPT was the fact that I was reviewing my CLL position

Carnosine as potential initial PCa treatment

What is naturopathic nutritional therapy?
In 2012, after 3 years of study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, out into the world I went, as a newly qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. GCA - kidney problem
Hi All warriors. Diagnosed with GCA July, 2023. Put on 60 mg now tapered down to l7mg (Dec. 2023). All symptoms under control at this time. My last blood work showed my Creatinine at 104 and GFR at 45. This showed a mild to moderate decrease in kidney function. As a result I had a kidney/bladder

If I Didn't Have Faith and Family Like You!
Now, I just shared my story about my weekend in NY seeing Chris Botti; now I'm sitting in the Family Waiting Room of Jefferson Hospital for hubby to get out of surgery. He kept complaining of bad back and stomach pain. Well, large Kidney Stone causing a blockage! He needed a different procedure; not

Deuterium Depleted Water
OK guys, I've been looking at this for a while and thought I'd condense it down and share it with you guys.I'm really not interested in arguments with people. If you don't agree, get yourself a cup of coffee, chill out and move on. Water his made of hydrogen and oxygen. Deuterium is a hydrogen isotope

Is HE always inevitable with severe chronic liver disease?
My daughter has been told there is nothing more the doctors can do for her multiple hepatic adenomas. Transplant is not an option, due to serious underlying health conditions and also total lack of fitness . She has at least 15 of these tumours taking over her liver now. She has had a resection last
