Constant cold
I seem to have this cold that just won’t go away. I just start feeling a bit better then it flares up again. Had it around 6-weeks. I take methotrexate hydroxychloroquine Certrizine folic acid b12 tablets vitamin D tablets and esomeprazole. How can I get rid of this cold?

A Few Months of Tendon Issues
Good morning to you all! Over the last few months I have managed to damage a calf tendon, achilles heel and a tendon in my right elbow (particularly debilitating). This seemed a little unusual as none of the events occurred due to heavy lifting or exercise. I did an online search - as you do - and found

Should I be taking Prednisolone and Calcium at the same time?
Hi all - quick question, if anyone can advise me? I've read somewhere that you should not take prednisolone (currently I'm on 10mg) at the same time as calcium tablets (Evacal D3 1500 mg/400iu - two tablets a day). Anyone know if that's true, and if so how much of a time gap should be left between them

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with PMR in August 2020 and have found this forum invaluable over the past 13 months. This is my first post as so far I have always found the answer to my questions somewhere on the site. However on this occasion I would really appreciate some advice. I’ve just updated

Hello everyone - hope you are all as well as can be expected considering we all have health issues. I see a lot of people suggest taking vitamin K2 Mk 7 to aid with calcium. Has anyone noticed a jump in Lymphocyte # or increase in symptoms while on Omeprazole for heart burn? Also, did anyone have heart burn leading to diagnosis, problems swallowing, or odd arrhythmia type sensations in their chest? I was diagnosed summer 2021. I went to the doctor because I thought I

Prednisolone/Vitamin D3 timing
I’ve been suffering symptoms of PMR since June 2020 and started treatment in October 2020. Started on 15mg Pred and now down to 11mg - reducing by 1mg every 6 weeks. So far so good! Following original advice from GP I take all medication at 8am with breakfast - this includes Pred, Vitamin D3, Omeprazole
