"A change in diet may reduce risk of lethal prostate cancer" Your thoughts on the study results below?
What do you all think of these findings, particularly regarding the foods listed? Some of them are known to be heathy, such as: fish, beans, nuts, pulses, spinach and beets! Also - What if you already have aggressive prostate cancer, then does eating the less lethal food, mentioned below, become less

Glycol allergy and mental health treatment
I’m thinking about asking my doctor and anesthesia team to add
ketamine
to my anesthesia regimen in hopes of additional antidepressant benefits. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Management of my FIBROMYALGIA
I have an appointment with my neurologist at the end of next month with the hope of managing my fibro at the moment I am taking 70mg of zomoph 2 times a day and topping up with paracetamol which isn't doing too good to help with my pain does anyone think that
ketamine
would be a better option to talk

Going through a rough time
When I started treatment last week they asked for me to write down all the meds and treatments I’ve tried over the years and I was pretty shocked myself at the number of things I’ve done. 20 plus medications, even more combinations and med trials, TMS ,
ketamine
infusions, psilocybin, weekly or more

I've been circumsized 3 days ago and my penis is still healing. Is the inflamed thing on the back of the head of the penis normal?
Hello, I've just been circumsized for 3 days ago. And I just wanna ask if my penis is fine and healing properly. The only thing I'm worried about is about the swollen (and kinda inflated?) thing in the back of the head of my penis, I'm afraid it might be an infection. I'm consuming my medical treatments

Alone and so tired.
I have tried so many meds, ECT, TMS,
Ketamine
and now Spravato along with three outpatient programs. I am attending IOP now. But I still feel so down. I have considered inpatient but have no one to care for my animals. My friends in AA do not understand and have detached and/or ghosted me.

Tried Spravato?
My NP called in a favor from another psych NP and I got started on Spravato, a type of
ketamine
that is a nose spray. It has been wonderful! My first NP said she can tell it's helped since I now sit up taller and look her in the eye.
