Sex with IUD
Hi everyone I had surgery for endometriosis last summer which has offered me a huge amount of relief. I was still having some pain however and the doctor after a scan confirmed I also have adymeosis. I have since been on the prostap injection for about 3 months and it has honestly been like a miracle

Copper coil and periods
I’ve had the copper coil since April last year. No major issues. I’ve never used contraception of any form before. I’m almost 40. I know my normal cycle inside out. I know I’m reactive to my own hormones (tick all the boxes for PMDD, plus it’s fairly normal for autistic women) so never want to touch

Using a hedge cutter with an ICD
ICD implanted 2 years ago - no problems then or now. Multiple cardiac problems, including AF, all controlled well. Thinking of using a cordless hedge cutter to sort out the efforts of a slapdash gardener, but worried that the motor's vibration might set off my alarm. Anyone else had a good or bad experience

Eplerenone whats it like to live with?
There is talk about moving me onto Eplerenone. I think it strengthens my left ventricle pumping action with a hope of improving my ability to breath. I have a CRT PM and ICD. I wonder what this drug is like to life with. Can you have a drink whilst you are on it? Does it give you man boobs? Should I

My AF experience
Hi deb I hope it works for you, I had a cardioversion about a couple of months after having heart failure which caused AF It was one of the best experiences in my life, I actually felt the shock and when I awoke, I knew at once it had worked. I was laughing when I opened my eyes everything was clear

Lost threads with Mirena Coil
Hey, hoping someone can put my mind at ease! I had a Mirena Coil fitted 3rd Jan 2020 and a few days after having it put it I checked for the threads but couldn’t feel them, I was advised to to just be patient with it as things were still settling down. Anyway, almost 4 months later and I still can’t

Advice, please!!!
Hi everyone! I'm just looking for some advice if at all possible and would really appreciate any replies as I feel like I'm at my wits end. In 2014 I had some symptoms of endometriosis - severe pain during intercourse, stomach pains and back pains. I was on the mini pill at the time, so I didn't have

Trying for a baby
Hi, I’m 22 and I have endometriosis. I’ve had two laparoscopies one were the endo was burnt out and another when it was cut out but this was a few year back. Unfortunately I still have pain every day and really bad flare ups, I had zoladex for about a year when I was 20 but that didn’t help either. I

ICD insertion site pain.
I had an ICD fitted 18th March. All though the insertionwound looks clean and healed it still hurts inside. I can also feel a lump, almost like a fatty lump, next to the ICD. Should I still feel pain so far post op. I feel really quite good apart from that.

Copper coil
Good morning everyone, has anyone ever had the copper coil after having there endo removed? I've read in a few places it's not recommended to have the coil if you've had or have endo. I'm unsure what to do as don't want any more children and can't risk getting pregnant again. Hormonal contraception sends

Period problems due to IUD removal?
Is it normal for the
IUD
removal to interrupt period cycle? Should I expect to miss a period or just have a super late one?

Vein In Penis Hard
Hi folks, I was wondering whether anybody can offer some advice or has had a similar experience. I have developed a problem and have been doing some self diagnosis using online resources (benefit of being in lockdown). Anyway, I suspect I have a blood clot/thrombosis of the superficial dorsal vein in
