Seretide Vs Aloflute
Hello! I’ve been taking seretide and ventolin inhalers as normal for the past 20 years, but the last time I went to pick up my preventer prescription it was Aloflute/generic. I’ve been taking this daily (as normal) for the last month or so and an finding the puff to be really ineffective, not as strong

Asthma worsening
Hi, I’m on week 3 and I’ve noticed my asthma has got significantly worse, I’m now taking steroids and my blue inhaler on a regular basis. Before I started I rarely used my blue inhaler (once a week, now most days) anyone else notice this? Does it settle down or is something else going on?

4K just to get out there!
I wasn’t happy on this run. For various reasons, I wasn’t able to run early and it was 11.30 before I set out on my run. Still chilly out but the sun was shining. Maybe I could manage without my jacket today? I had on my short sleeved tee and my new Proviz long sleeved tee shirt (which looked grey yesterday

Since June i have had multiple steroid courses for asthma and many hospitalisations with little positive effect from use of inhalers. Spiriva Respimat use
Hi, has anyone used Spiriva Respimat inhaler and found it hard to inhale. I have just recently started using this and find that when I inhale it takes my breath away and makes me cough. I would really appreciate anyone who may be having or had the same problem. Cheers

A bit fed up
In the context of a global pandemic I probably shouldn’t grumble, but I’m a bit down after a phone consultation with my gp this morning. My asthma was diagnosed as severe after a nasty chest infection and (mild) pneumonia around Christmas 2019. Since then I’ve accumulated medications - now on Fostair

Flixotide 250
Hi all, I am looking for more advice! This time regarding an inhaler. I have recently been given Flixotide 250 and have been instructed to take 2 puffs morning and night. After doing a bit of research, I see this is quite a high dose inhaler. I recently had a flare up (not sure of the trigger) and was

No improvements...
So I’m on month 5 of a very rocky road with asthma. At least that’s what it’s been diagnosed as. On my 3rd preventative inhaler after the previous 2 weren’t cutting it. So I’ve now been put on sereflo. I’m using my blue inhaler everyday without fail, multiple times. I’m on a Nasal spray for PND, also

Hello , I am on day two of montelukast 10 mg .I am taking it together with budecort inhaler. But I am experiencing sever bone pain, including the chest ,back ,pelvic bone and legs. Has anyone ever experienced these symptoms? Could it be the inhaler doing this or the montelukast?
