About to start moving forward again...
I have to make sure that I don't heel-strike, especially on the downhill, and just use
Ibuprofen
Gel if the damn thing gets too painful. The Gel works for me in very small doses, and just one application.

This week’s ailment: knees!!
Also wondering whether I should take some
ibuprofen
or paracetamol before my run tomorrow to see if that calm things down and I can jog along in a relaxed way again. Thanks for any thoughts x (I do frequent yoga plus follow Ianno’s linked warm up/stretch down exercises...)

Pain at 3months,doctor acts like I should be healed.
The
ibuprofen
nor the tylenol works. I've been working out with a recumbent bike and treadmill. I feel better when I'm moving, after I sit,,,my knee is swollen red/blackish. I put ice on it, only thing that helps.

Still waiting, was bullied, but getting better. OCD.
As a side note please do not take
ibuprofen
with Prozac, I made that mistake. My doctor believes that it could be possible that what was making it so much worse was that I was being bullied by management at my previous job.

Raynaud's Please Help
I have tried paracetamol,
ibuprofen
and aspirin for the pain but no effect. I was prescribed cocodamol but I took a reaction to the codeine. The GP hasn't put me on anything else even though I explained I'm in agony. What can people suggest?

Help, please. 😢
Fast forward 2 nhs24 calls, trip to out of hours, gp and copious amounts of tramadol, diazepam and
ibuprofen
they say its just sciatica and not related to my bleeding. I'm not convinced. I wasn't bleeding yesterday and was able to go outside. Minimal pain.

My ablation experience
I have felt a few brief flutters, but very very brief, and I’ve had some achiness at times over the left chest but nothing I’ve needed to take
ibuprofen
for. My groin is a bit sore but nothing really bothersome.

What a muppet!
Ended up being a fantastic run, 6.6K, and I am buzzing now, however I have been left with a lump on my ankle and it feels a bit achy, but I am sure a couple of
ibuprofen
and some rest will sort it! Cheers all V.

Grumbling Ankle.
So give yourself some rest, hot and cold treatment of the ankle, refrain from naproxen if possible, use
ibuprofen
if needed.

Taking ibuprofen to stop endometriosis pain causing nosebleeds?
Hello, I have been taking
ibuprofen
every day for the past couple of weeks to ease the pain I'm getting from my endometriosis. I am now getting nosebleeds all the time and i think there may be a link between taking too much
ibuprofen
and nosebleeds. Has anyone else had this?

Joint pain and neuro referral
I am on clopidogrel and told not to take
ibuprofen
. Deep heat doesn't work for more than an hour, I'm in pain all day. Next thing is, I keep having brief visual loss episodes and they're not sure if they're amaurosis fugax or retinal migraines.

Two Years Into Osteoarthritis
My docs at the VA wont prescribe anything for this condition except
Ibuprofen
. Ive read that
ibuprofen
breaks down the cartilage in the joints, so I try not to use it very often, only when I cant stand the pain or need to get some sleep/nighttime relief.
