When a Cller moves on from Ibrutinib
Ibrutinib
has been a breakthrough for many CLL patients with a more aggressive form of the illness. But in cancer care there is no "free lunch." The drugs are powerful and can have side effects. Some people are more affected than others.

Starting on Ibrutinib after Idealisib complications.
He will be starting
Ibrutinib
tomorrow. We are hoping he will be able to tolerate it as we are approaching no other alternatives. Has any one else been this route? Thank you in advance for any feedback. Sue

FCR soon/confused
FCR plus
ibrutinib
( 6 months of FCR plus lifelong maintenance with
ibrutinib
) 2 and 3 are trials Has anyone done any of these? What put me over the edge was that he said that FCR alone would only put me into remission for 2-3 years.

IBRUTINIB - 12 months on
My blood tests at 10 months and 12 months on
Ibrutinib
showed ALL counts in normal range. As far as my CLL is concerned, I feel very well. Am I in progression free survival ?

My life with CLL
My main concern at this point is the government's intention to remove
Ibrutinib
from the Cancer Drug Fund. Will the effect people like me who are already on this treatment?
