Prolonged medication holiday
Was on
ibrutinib
followed by zanubrutinib continuously for 24 months. Muted, 13q, my oncologist took me off of zanubrutinib when I tested positive for covid on July 21, 2022. Have been off ever since, with normal labs and feeling okay.

Ibrutinib
After 3 years of using 3
ibrutinib
420mg capsules per day, practically no side effects. They lowered my dose to 2 capsules of
ibrutinib
280mg and it works well in my blood tests. but I have the adverse effects that I did not have with the 3 capsules. cramps in the fingers. cough.

Omega 3
My husband has CLL and has been taking
Ibrutinib
for 3-years. I just wondered if Omega 3 is something you can take with CLL or should it be avoided? I have read a lot about it’s benefits, but not sure if it’s suitable for people with CLL. Many thanks

FLAIR trial. What comes next?
If you were on
ibrutinib
successfully were you able to continue taking it? Starting to feel a little anxious about this so any input will be most appreciated. Thank you.

Weight Loss with VenClexta
I have been on 140mg of
Ibrutinib
daily for the last 8 years. 8 months ago my Dr. added VenClexta to my regimen at 400mg daily. I initially had a hard time with nausea and vomiting daily. I now have that mostly under control with a rare episode of vomitting.

Cardiotoxicity in patients treated with acalabrutinib
"In conclusion, [u]it is vital that patients and caregivers be aware of the severe cardiotoxicity associated with
ibrutinib
and also with the second-generation BTKi acalabrutinib.

starting Ibrutinib today
I'm about to start
Ibrutinib
today (3 tablets x 140mg) I'm hoping my haematologist will reduce that after a while? I've read through the pamphlets etc but thought I would ask this lovely community what to expect and any tips with food, drink, exercise I (see weight gain is pretty common).

CLL Society interview - Dr. Shahzad Mustafa on What it Means to be Immunocompromised for Patients with CLL/SLL January 13, 2023
Some treatments, such as
ibrutinib
, can raise T cell numbers. - Are all patients with CLL/SLL immune deficient? Yes, even patients who have just been diagnosed and never received treatment have some degree of immune dysfunction.

NUREX - 2127 ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY STARTING CYCLE 14
Ibrutinib
3 years developed C-481 resistance 3. Venetoclax 18 months never really worked for me, didn't like hospital ramp-up 4. Loxo-305 20 months CR then I developed a mutation that worked it's way around the drug. My favorite treatment. 5. NX-2127 12 months and counting.

What is next if Acalabrutinib AFIB wont stop?
My heart wasn't in the best of shape (2 valves replaced) to start with when I started on
Ibrutinib
.
Ibrutinib
really exacerbated my AFIB, but after a year of Ibruitinb, I was off all medication for almost 3 years......until the CLL started to get more aggressive.
