Serious itchy sores preventing sleep
I have read from others that large red very itchy spots can be a side effect of
ibrutinib
, which I've been taking for 3 years now. I had a previous session with the itchy spots and it just went away, but this one is brutal - sleep is all but impossible.

allergies
My inclination is to think that the
Ibrutinib
could be making me ever more sensitive. The CLL itself is well under control and so I do not think that is a factor in this event. Does anyone have any comments on this? Thank you, Kunderke

what tests needed for treatment after relapse
In Oct. 2021 he showed symptoms, SLL, and began treatment with
ibrutinib
. It was great and produced no side effects. Now his lymph nodes are again swelling. As of PET scan in December, his spleen and other organs are roughly normal size.

Time to write in
I started
Ibrutinib
in October (had other choices) but went with this one as it seems to have a good outcome for the first time medication. Since October my WBC has come down from 140 to 50 and lymphocytes have come down the same way.

Body rash
I have been on
ibrutinib
for nearly 6 years and I'm now thinking maybe this is the first signs of it failing got no enlarged nodes as of yet . But I did suffer with skin conditions prior to treatment. I have lost weight as well although that might be through being ill and stress.Thoughts anyone

Blurred vision with Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa)
I started on the drug two months ago after having been obliged to stop
Ibrutinib
because it caused an ocular edema, the symptom of which was blurred vision. Now, two months after starting Brukinsa, I again have blurred vision.
