Do you take anti anxiety meds? Which have helped you?
However, my anxiety has been sky high for some time now and it’s preventing me from living a normal life (despite exercising, eating well, doing meditation and
hypnotherapy
etc).

Visualisation- and getting a reality check
At this stage I was still coming to terms with this new information and asked my employer for CBT- it turned out that as a zero hours contracted member of staff I was not eligible, so I paid for a combination of
hypnotherapy
and CBT ( 6 sessions) .

Hello, I was wondering if anyone with ocd has tried
hypnotherapy
and if it’s helped them at all. I have severe contamination ocd and I’ve tried all kinds of therapy, especially cbt. Nothing has worked so far. If it’s worked for anyone could you please tell me a little bit about how it works?

Hi everyone,Has anyone had success with hypnosis? I'm seriously considering it as nothing is helping cure my IBS flare-ups, which present in debilitating cramps and headaches and are getting more frequent over time..

Blocker - A psychic told me I wouldn’t have children 🔮
Hey, I wanted to see if anyone has experience of psychics predicting their babies or infertility? I have been to see psychics for years lots of the predictions have come true (not everything) This spiritual belief has helped support me with losing my mum. I have always been told I wouldn’t have children

Resting Tremor Stopped Briefly With Hypnosis
I had not gone to see her for
hypnotherapy
and had no idea she offered this service. Now at that time and for the decades since I have been aware of near-constant, chronic contraction in my neck and trapezius muscles.

Cannabis to aid sleep
I struggle to get to sleep at night. Not sure if its connected to my HF / HCM but I am always knackered. I have tried a good stiff malt, boring books and even self hypnosis but nothing has worked so far. Would [Removed] CBD Gummy Bears be a solution? [Removed] What do you think?

Getting to the root of my anxiety
I am 57 and I was considered in menopause at 52 years old, however I went through perimenopause for approximately 5-7 years prior. I am in therapy, but it does not seem to be helping. Unfortunately I cannot take any Hormone Replacement Therapy because I had one positive result for a gene that increases

getting to the root of anxiety
Can anyone help in trying to figure out the root cause of my anxiety. I did not have childhood trauma., but have dealt with anxiety/ health anxiety off and on for years. It has became really bad over the past year. Also, has anyone tried hypnosis?

OAB/Anxiety/Pumpkin extract
Hi there, been really struggling with intense anxiety because of symptoms of OAB for well over a year, and have had to have CBT/increase in antidepressants and an extra antidepressant/
hypnotherapy
as I'm so incredibly anxious about wetting myself.

Hi everyone, hope you all had a good Christmas. I have been a member of this group for a few years but don’t very often post. I feel I should apologise for being a “bad penny” only turning up when I need to. My anxiety is currently off the scale, I can usually put it all into perspective but the darn

How to recover from anxiety
I tried
hypnotherapy
, I tried meditation, I tried listening to soothing music, waves gently lapping the shores of a golden sun kissed sandy beach. I bought a bicycle and rode a stupid amount of miles every week. I swam huge distances.

Pain Clinics
1. I attended my 1st PC in 2012 (Cambridge) following spinal decompression which was successful but I also had fibromyalgia. 2. Transferred to 2nd Peterborough PC due to travel problems. Sat through excruciatingly painful group sessions relating to the Biopsychosocial Model and Mindfulness. Course
