Incomplete Evacuation
I have tried many treatments, including mainstream medicine,
hypnotherapy
etc without any great help. Some parts of diet make me worse but I tried the FODMAP diet, which helped a little but was so restrictive that it depressed me more.

The lethargy and tiredness of IBS
I’m using
hypnotherapy
as well as probiotics. Can’t say I’m noticing much improvement. But what seems to affect my daily life a lot is the constant tiredness. I try to drink water, eat healthily, but all I want to do is lie down all day. I do try to combat this, ignore it whatever.

Air hunger
I thought it was in my head/covid anxiety so had some
hypnotherapy
but the breathlessness continued, so finally got a blood test and had undectectable b12 levels (deapite having taken supplements). Ive had the first 2 of 6 loading doses and dont feel any better.

, I tried meditation, I tried listening to soothing music, waves gently lapping the shores of a golden sun kissed sandy beach. I bought a bicycle and rode a stupid amount of miles every week. I swam huge distances.

Huge Stool IBS-C
I have IBS-C, so i barely use the bathroom.. like ever. I usually get colon hydrotherapy to get rid of the stool inside of me. So today I got these severe cramps! I thought I got my period, after rushing to the bathroom i ended up releasing HUGE stool. It actually went out smoothly as it was pretty sticky
