Got to lose weight to help to health problems
Also recently been diagnosed as having Endometrial
Hyperplasia
(not Atypical). I am on Norethisterone for this. One thing the doctor said weigh loss would be a good thing to do. I will have another Biopsy in 6 months to check the situation of the lining of the womb whether the tablets have helped.

Scratchy throat and allergy symptoms for months
I’ve had the white areas biopsied and also a tonsillectomy which both came back as follicular
hyperplasia
. I am just petrified something is being missed and having a hard time at living. I did give up alcohol way back in January so that’s no longer an issue.

Hyperplasia and Partial Thyroidectomy
After asking for some surgery results, there were no antibodies, TSH was fine, but there was a diagnosis of
hyperplasia
on the left side of the thyroid gland and was removed as cancer preventative.

It doesn't mean you have cancer - but it might be benign prostatic
hyperplasia
(BPH). So if you are starting to experience some problems, it's time to see your urologist and find out what's going on and decide together on a treatment plan. Don't let things get worse!

Cardizem(Dilitiazem) and BPH symptons
I have noticed since taking Dilitiazem that my BPH (benign prostate
hyperplasia
) symptons have improved. Dilitiazem is not listed as a diuretic but might have a diuretic effect or maybe something else in the formulation is helping?

Testosterone metabolites inhibit proliferation of castration- and therapy-resistant PCa.
New German paper [1]. I mention elsewhere how in normal prostatic cells, the presence of growth-stimulating dihydrotestosterone [DHT] induces an enzyme for its rapid clearance, & that a DHT metabolite - 3beta-adiol - is the natural ligand for an estrogen (!) receptor, ERbeta. ERbeta is the estrogen receptor

Full hysterectomy following tamoxifen, anyone have experience?
I'm 37, took tamoxifen for exactly 2 years, advised by gynecologist to come off it end of January due to a condition it caused called endometrial
hyperplasia
which is an over thickening of the uterus lining and also a cyst on left ovary, which altogether caused a pressure/bloating in my abdomen and stabbing

Prazosin with Docetaxel?
Both drugs have been used in the context of BPH: Prazosin [2]: "Prazosin is ... useful in treating urinary hesitancy associated with prostatic
hyperplasia
, blocking alpha-1 receptors, which control constriction of both the prostate and urethra."

Endometrial hyperplasia-Tamoxifen.
Today I had a follow up appointment with gynecologist to receive results and I have endometrial
hyperplasia
without atypia (this carries a very small chance of turning cancerous), with atypia carries a 40% chance. This for me has been caused by 2 years on tamoxifen.

Varicoceles?
A new paper [1] is the trigger for this post. "Varicoceles occur in around 15% of all men." [2] "A varicocele is an abnormal enlargement of the pampiniform venous plexus in the scrotum."
