Hyperplasia
I have been diagnosed with mild diffuse atrophic gastritis and and prominent foveolar
hyperplasia
. Returned to GP and no further follow up. GP prescribed Gaviscon , symptoms settled but 11 months later are back. Does anyone know if it is necessary to have follow up gastroscopies.

Dustasteride (avodart)
My doc has prescribed this drug for benign prostatic
hyperplasia
. I need help with urinary frequency, urgency, and frequent night time urination. It is too early to tell if the drug is helping. It can three to six months to have the desired effect of reducing prostate swelling.

It was from the clinic, said biopsy results are normal, no evidence of endometriosis,
hyperplasia
, , atypia, or malignancy. Being discharged back to care of GP, 🙀 yeah 🤯.

Still can't tolerate thyroid medication, housebound 26 F, very hypo and hypo adrenals, on HC 25mg
I was put on HC 25 mg by an endo because he suspects non classical congenital adrenal
hyperplasia
. My adrenals are completley exhausted. I no longer make enough catecholamines also confirmed by a neurotransmitter test. I have also had an HTMA done that showed my adrenals are completley tanked.

PSA suppression
My PSA lows tend to be around 3.3, and it occurs to me that some might think it odd that I don't drive it lower. I think it is very common for men on ADT to draw too much comfort from a significant PSA reduction, if not a near-zero PSA. I have witnessed men misinterpret a dramatic drop in PSA as

mCRPC. Total PSA is up from 1.2 to 2.1 in 2 months, but free PSA went to 14% from 5%. Can this be hyperplasia, or in ADT any PSA up is PCa?
Can this be
hyperplasia
, or in ADT any PSA up is PCa regardless of free to total PSA ratio ?
