I thought I'd share it here in the hope of inspiring and encouraging each other to
healthy
eating
. If I manage to cook this in the next two weeks that'll feel like an achievement for me and I'll feel back on track towards eating well and weight loss.

Measuring your waist
This is for Hidden or for anyone else planning to track their progress by their waist measurement. I developed this entirely on my own, so please shoot it down. The principle here is not to find your absolute waist measurement, but to record a consistent number that you can compare week to week.

Where to Start?
I know I should be
eating
healthy
and showering and dressing each day to start my day off right, but my bathroom is a mess and nothing has a place. I wake up dreading the day. I don't know where to start. My therapist tells me I need a routine. I know I do.

The Best Diet
It was rated the worse overall for
healthy
eating
and the only positive was that it was good for weight loss.

Diet Industry Gone Mad
Small newsagents usually have a few diet magazines like WW, SW, some
healthy
eating
and a few vegetarian ones. Today I passed a large WH Smiths and went in to look at the car and motorcycle magazines.

Reflexology
I got reflexology posters - hand reflexology and foot reflexology but does anyone know any other methods of improving health. Tips of finger or toe stimulates brain! Massage I suppose is good. There is sound and laser (acceptable wavelength / strength) to improve brain. Oils are supposed to be good

Day 24: learning and not learning.
Have decided to be brutally honest with myself today and come to terms with how much I've been struggling with keeping up with being
healthy
and
eating
well. I've had to face myself and the lies I've been telling myself about the rubbish I've been eating and convincing myself I've not.

Slow Progress and a Thread Idea
I'm making seriously slow progress with getting back on track with
healthy
eating
and losing weight. I feel really conscious of my thoughts around diet and body image at the moment and keep catching myself beating myself up about how bad my diet is.
