I was diagnosed with anorexia over a year ago. It took me over 5 months to gain back the weight but the only reason I was able to was because I gave up. Not quite sure but the thing that caused much stress to me years prior turned into what I reached for in times of stress-food. It got out of control

Breakfast help...
This time i am not following any plan just yet and focussing on adjusting my

second day serious diet pledge ...give myself another chance..
yes i am now doing diet for the ump ting time and stood on scales yesterday god how am i gonna get through stress as well too much going on in life stress eater ! but opted for sensible low fat low sugar low everything eating diet rather than starvation diet this time

Can anyone help?
Until my late 20’s I was always a
healthy
weight probably through not

right, missing meals and just eating on the go. That was 20 years ago. I have never dieted for more than 3 days I just haven’t got the will power and secretly hope I will just wake up and be 10 stone again!!

What is going on - adding t3 to t4 again and extreme hypothyroid symptoms
I have gone from weighing 63 to 78 kilos in a year and

Has anyone here been helped by an eating disorders clinic? I have tried to ask for help from one local clinic so far, and one chain clinic far from home to which the first one referred me.
