I'm sabotaging myself.
I hit my one year anniversary for being on my weight loss journey on Thursday during which I've lost 7 stone and people are noticing and complimenting me a lot. However I seem to be hitting the self destruct button, I'm on day 3 of mindless binge eating. I'm at the halfway point to my goal weight and

I’m trying to follow your advice with keeping diaries and
eating
healthy
. But some days I haven’t recorded things or eaten as well as I should of done. I was diagnosed with AF at the beginning of July and was placed on Bisoprolol 2.5 mg one tablet per day.

Can we really improve egg quality? (Sugar indulgence)
Hello I know a lot of us try
healthy
eating
/sleep before the cycle to increase egg quality. Do you believe this makes a real impact in improving egg quality, resulting in a live birth? I think I do this in order to gain some control.

Can we talk about constipation please?
I'm
eating
healthy
and on 3litres of water a day as well as a fruit/spinach smoothie. I'm always uncomfortable and nauseated and fckn knackered so I can't tell if this is adding to it but it cannot possibly be good.. I've tried olive oil, kiwi, soft bananas, hot milk, decaf coffee.

IVF, last min Menopur with trigger shot, bloating and pessaries
I have been
eating
healthy
and exercising to keep healthy but to no avail. Sometimes I can look 6 months pregnant which is upsetting when you are trying to get pregnant! Will this get worse with pessaries? Just concerned when I’m back at school the kids are not going to be subtle if I look massive!

Gluten free apple tart
Hi everyone, I made this apple tart with the base made with cooked wild rice mixed with an egg and then blind baked it for about 15 mins before I covered 3 Bramley apples lightly stewed with chia seeds and a little brown sugar. I put flaked almonds on top and baked for another 20 mins and am looking

help with healthy eating - whilst respecting rights
I would love information and support around
healthy
eating
for a Woman my colleague and I are looking after. She is an unhealthy weight and want to ensure we are doing the right thing to help her become more healthy whilst being careful about her right to eat what she likes.

Healthy living v average lifestyle and how this affects af
A recent post has made me wonder how much living an exercise driven “
healthy
lifestyle” v someone living your average existence, still
eating
what they want, drinking coffee, alcohol, smoking etc and how this affects af.

What I’m eating on Monday
This evening on Monday, I’m
eating
a
healthy
and scrumptious salad from “Performance Kitchen.” I really love this brand for meals too. It has red and white beans, kale, brown rice and shiitake mushrooms. All in a light and refreshing citrus dressing 😋🥰

No No No No No!!!!
Wow, the food was fantastic and the conversation soon turned to
healthy
eating
and exercise. At that point my husband helpfully mentioned I had started running (a very loose definition of what I was actually achieving at the time).

Probiotics
Hi all I have been using vsl3 for around 5 years, which I use to get on prescription but now they have stopped that so need to buy them at £40 box of 30. I was taking two sachets a day so that is £80 a month which struggle to afford. My neighbour told me about this probiotic granules as she had UC

Is weight loss possible post transplant while on immunosuppressants?
I have been exercising consistently and
eating
healthy
for over 6 weeks now but my weight won’t budge at all. I have read that immunosuppressants can really mess with one’s metabolism and fat burning, and being 49 and likely menopausal probably doesn’t help.

Vegans and high cholesterol.
As a vegan with higher than
healthy
cholesterol,due to
eating
too many new, irresistible, tasty vegan foods flooding the market during lockdown. I’d appreciate any info’ from fellow vegans on which foods to avoid and how to actively lower my cholesterol, without having to use medication.

Sugar Free Challenge - Friday & prep for next week
Meal planning is something I've done for years - it's a helpful tool for
healthy
eating
in general, as well as for budgeting. I sort my meal plan on a Friday ahead of shopping on Saturday, so I can prepare a shopping list. I'll post it all below later today to help.

Sugar Free Challenge 2 - Friday
Meal planning is something I've done for years - it's a helpful tool for
healthy
eating
in general, and it helps me reduce my food waste too. There are no hard and fast rules to meal planning, it depends on your circumstances and general lifestyle.

Chest meals (fatty liver)
They say its only a tiny bit of fat on it but I've been
eating
very
healthy
last two weeks anyways. But had a cheat day today. Two cheese burgers and a iced coffee. But back on
healthy
eating
tomorrow.

I was really
healthy
with exercise and

habits so just carried on. Ever since I feel a slow decline in my health to the point where I don't leave the house for days or weeks due to feeling so bad.
