Medication absorption / metabolisation
I'm vegetarian and my diet can vary from unhealthy (crisps, carbs, wine) to very
healthy
depending on my mood. Recently I've been
eating
very healthily and not drinking any alcohol. Does anybody have any suggestions for other things which might help the medication have an effect on me?

Style of circumcision for BXO/LS (and general worrying)
Hi all. I have been having random foreskin issues for years. pretty much since I was a child and have recently been diagnosed with BXO. I just have a sore tip of foreskin and very mild phimosis but have had a tiny white lesion on the side of my frenulum once around 15 years ago. This was resolved with

Circumcision, twice failed! Will not heal
On June 1st I went in for a circumcision after 12-18 months wait (NHS). The reason for my circumcision was phimosis. After the first 2-3 weeks I had noticed that only half of the wound had closed up, and I thought I had infection because i had some yellow coloured discharge from the wound, I booked

Are high liver enzymes and LDL normal in the beginning with a keto diet?
I’ve been
eating
a
healthy
keto diet after seeing Doctor Eric Berg’s videos and skipping breakfast to fast. So far I went from weighing 99kg to 88.4kg. My typical meals are: Lunch: grilled chicken, salad, half avocado, topped with salt, lemon and olive oil. 40g of blueberries.

Change in frequency and new sounds
Hello Tinnitus Forum Members I wondered how you cope with Tinnitus? Mine had settled down for months and months and in fact, it was excellent (ie no sounds) on and off for a year or so. It started January 2021 out of the blue When it first started I was a my wits end and called the Helpline (BTA)

Update on ENT Consultation.
Hi As anyone who reads my posts will know I've been having balance problems which came on overnight in April this year. So I saw the ENT consultant on Tuesday. Had a hearing test which was good, no hearing loss. Rules out Menieres, Pressure in ear normal so they dont think its Eustachian Tube Dysfunction

Old age
What age is old age nowadays? I can remember being in school and thinking that that person was old( over 50)…only now to realise that I’m that age. Things do ache, shoulders, knees etc, but what is old age now? I don’t consider myself middle aged, being only 53, things still work ( in the bedroom

Clonazepam
Hi I'm still having a rough time with RLS despite my usual gabapentin and temgesic. My doctor has suggested trying clonazepam in combination with my existing medication and I wondered what experience my fellow sufferers had with it. I've tried other benzo sleeping tablets in the past but the RL always
