Starting today! Middle aged but not giving up
I have joined last week and I have tried to stay on the
healthy
side of
eating
, but today it's the proper start for me. Good luck to everyone else as well. With summer approaching I am fed up with my uniform of leggings and my husband's jumpers.

How the smallest Snacks can undermine our RUN calories!
. - this was clearly more of a mental block than a chore as in doing so it literally only takes me 5 mins per day, and I already had some 'regular' foods during my historic 'logging' days. 2) Thinking I was '
eating
healthy
' was as I expected simply BS.

awaiting diagnosis from MRI suspected AN
I will find out tomorrow if I have AN - had MRI done just over 2 weeks ago - no contrast - had no follow up appointment booked - but that has come through fairly fast. I did call ENT department just on the 2 week point expecting them to say it would be a couple of weeks - and they told me appointment

Healthy eating and exercise a walk to the lake... 😊
Hi everyone, As well as eating well its important to have enough exercise and here's where I went for a walk this afternoon. It's a fishing lake in the forest owned by the forestry commission and there were quite a few birds that are keen on fish here including some greylag geese which are the largest

Show me the kale!
Hi. Just joined this forum, so thought it would be a good idea to be social. After a long time struggle with weight gain and binge eating, I am finally in a place where I am hoping to make some serious life changes. Having tried a variety of diets before, I have always been met by scepticism from family

Advice needed
I lost 2 stone in the first 3 months whilst being supported by a dietitian,
healthy

advisers and an exercise group run by NHS trainers. After this I started to plateau and I was struggling.

What is healthy eating?
Each time you eat something, drink something, put in your body anything at all, you make a choice. The sum of these choices, made moment to moment, and day by day, defines everything about the body/mind and how it functions. What are the best possible choices you can make, each and every time you eat

How to help regulate thyroid
It was a long road but I can’t emphasise enough how important
healthy
eating
, regular exercise and yoga help with this condition. Even if you feel terrible get out there in nature as much as possible. Stick to natural foods. Be kind to yourself and try a meditation app.
