Update from yesterday's ablation.
Thank you everyone for your responses and your support yesterday prior my ablation, it really meant a lot especially at that moment in time ! According to my discharge letter the ablation was performed successfully and was done by a Dr Afzal Sohaib. Following the ablation I believe there was an issue

I danced the cooldown!
Done. W9R3 completed and I am elated. Was told by the physio that I'd never run for fitness since diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis grade 4. Told by the surgeon there was nothing I could do but keep slim and book in for a partial knee replacement. So I stopped moving, got depressed and put on a stone

Sorry
I haven’t been back to thank you all for your advice you gave me on painkillers, been having a really bad flare up, managed to get a steroid injection on Monday, after lots of phoning around, lm not sure how long it will take to work, hope it’s not too long, thanks once again. Kate

High systolic blood pressure but normal diastolic blood pressure meaning in B12 deficiency, do you have the same issue?
My systolic blood pressure 14.5 mm hg and diastolic blood pressure is between 9.2 to 8.1 Is that normal and I have mostly muscle weakness neuropathy. Higher systolic blood pressure is the root cause of heart attack. I'm to see my cardiologist on October. My High systolic blood pressure is not related

Club Bed
I don't have much joint pain but sometimes I have pain in both my hands and my right knee has started to really
pain
since last December. My
head
feels funny, I feel nauseated, very weak and I slow down a lot! Staying in bed is best for me.

Change biological drugs
I have rang up science something to come and show me to inject but I may as well bang my
head
against a brick wall!!! So frustrating and so much
pain
and fatigue! My work is suffering as I am struggling to even hold any knives, I am a breakfast chef.

Does MS amplify pain?
So I foolishly stepped on a wasp Friday morning. I had to pull the wasp off the bottom of my foot, the soft insole part. (Yep, should have worn shoes!) My question is could MS make my reaction worse? I had no itching and only a little swelling, but the pain was incredible! My foot felt like it was on

Thursday I went to physio (impinged nerve in shoulder/neck) and she could feel a lot of guarding on the right side of my
head
, caused by
pain
, and she was concerned. When I returned home, I felt washed out and had periodic pains in my head.

What can I do when painkillers don't work?
Hi, I've had chronic pain since childhood (now in my 20s) and I've been on the same 60mg dose of codeine for about 6 years now, as you can imagine it's not worked for a long time /: I've been referred to and seen by the pain clinic, I've had the movement therapy and mindfulness help, and none have helped

Just a little bit more
Wanted to push myself to see how far I could go compared to where I used to be. Decided to wash and polish the car on Thursday and then yesterday, sort out my old shed and put a new roof on it. Today hurts like @#$%%. Meds work but doesn't stop the after pain. Not even a good soak and some rather strong

Folic Acid And Other Bloods
Yesterday I was emailed the results of my multiple blood tests (the massive Clopidogrel bruise is now fading) and my single urine test. Basically all fine but my HbA1c could be a few points lower, and my total cholesterol and my LDL whilst well within range are up slightly. Whilst I am now off iron tablets

Is this a sensible course of action?
In brief: Since the beginning of December I've had neck
pain
on the left side when turning
head
to right. On Christmas eve crp was 27 so I increased from 3mg to 5 for 2 weeks. Crp and neck pain unchanged.

Developing antibodies to a Biologic, stopping it working
Would be grateful to hear from anyone who has had their Biologic not work at all from the start due to their body producing antibodies against it working. I've been on Adalimumab for 2 months with no improvement (following Leflunamide stopping working around February) and feel terrible with the daily

Endo nerve pain - suggestions welcome
Hello Has anyone been prescribed a painkiller or anything else that's helped with endo nerve pain? I take Etoricoxib for pain and that works pretty well but I have bowel involvement and I believe that the endo is causing nerve issues, this pain isn't covered by the Etoricoxib. I'm not interested in

Newbie here with frustrating undiagnosed condition. Anyone else have similar symptoms?
Hey there! So my doctors and specialists have thrown around a few terms over the last 3 years like "Chronic nonbacterial Prostatits" or "Chronic Pelvic Pain Disorder/Syndrome" but none have officially diagnosed me with anything. My main symptoms are lower abdominal pain and testicular pain, sometimes
