He has had odema in both legs 3 times since December which also turned to cellulitis each time . Thankfully

ECG Reading’s
How can u tell when u should seal medical advice when looking at an ECG reading. Usually think the ones with a up peak / Tbar every second is ok. But I get negative T/bars every second and ones were there is + @ - peaks all different size peaks and multiple times per second. These r ones I wonder

LOW HCG & high progesterone
Hi I had my
HCG
results today after BFP a week ago. My result was only 16 and my progesterone was 85 which is high. I’ve got to go for more bloods tomo but preparing for the worse as I’m thinking that a
HCG
of 16 is very low and not viable. Has anyone had any similar experience to this?

HCG medication
Hi all I have some
hcg
medication left over I was planning to try some TSI at home. The
HCG
medication however is out of date by a month. It hasn't been opened .. I assume this medication will still be OK as I have heard there is always a grace period with these best before dates? Thoughts?

Myocarditis
Hi, I (33 male) was hospitalised a couple of months ago with suspected HA that turned out to be Myocarditis. I had raised troponin of 2,560 and an abnormal T wave ECG. Other than that i just had some moderate chest pains. Echo, Angiogram and all other tests showed normal heart and function. I was released

Permanent AF
Thank you all for your replies which I have read with great interest. I have decided to carry on as I am as I feel well, but keeping a close eye on my heart rate etc and if there are any changes will ask to see a cardiologist even if I have to pay privately. I had an ECG a couple of weeks ago and apart

Post ablation
I had a cardiac ablation 2 days for PAfib . I’m feeling well and was told the procedure went smoothly. I had thought that after the procedure I would gradually reduce the medication over a period of perhaps 3 months or so. Instead I’ve been told to take the same dosage as before for 3 months and then

Recent ER Visit
Hi Friends, i hope everyone is doing well. I had an episode the night before last that landed me in the emergency room. The ER doc basically chalked my heart issues up to stress and anxiety, but I’m not buying it. . A little back info. I have palpitations daily. I’ve come to terms that those are normal

Evening, I was looking at the Kardia reading from last week and noticed a fun blip on it. Does it mean anything or did I just cough, sniff or wiggle while doing it? 🤣🤣🤣 Am just curious, am not looking for an interpretation. Thank you

AliveCor KardiaMobile 6-Lead ECG Monitor
I had a cryptogenic stroke with no co-morbidities discharged to 'wait for the next event'! Has anyone experience off using the above or 1 lead version and finding AF or associated issues undiagnosed in the usual holter/ECG tests and subsequently getting a change of treatment/diagnosis?

8dp5dt + symptoms gone - Can I test whilst on hCG shots? #update
I haven't had a home pregnancy test yet, as I'm on
hcg
shots (ovitrelle; on days 1, 4, and 8 post transfer), so I'm afraid it might render a false positive. However, it's been two days now that any symptoms have almost disappeared (no AF yet, as I'm on progesterone).

Chloresterol drug, clinical trial.
I have been contacted by my GP asking if I would like to participate in a trial of a drug to lower chloresterol. My history is that I had high chloresterol 25 years ago which resulted in blocked arteries and necessitated a heart bypass surgery. I also had a mild heart attack 6 years ago but no reason

New paper - anecdotal case. [1] Abiraterone-related hypokalemia is presumably rare. However, it's probably a good idea to keep an eye on potassium levels.
