Advice on number of embryos and ERA
My results on thyroid,
haemoglobin
, lipis, vitamin D are normal. I’m healthy/sporty with a balanced diet. I’d appreciate your advice on the following: 1. Would you go for a single double embryo transfer (all eggs in one basket) or two single embryo transfers? 2.

Platelets and diet
Haemoglobin
and hematocrit are within the normal range, but my platelet count has gone up by almost 200 points since last week's count. My ferritin levels are low which is expected according to the haemotologist.

Pregnancy loss, results confusing?
Anyway, after sending me a third kit that also didn't go well, they explained they did have results for B12, ferritin and
haemoglobin
for me. They've sent them over and I'm just confused. The document says collected 29/3/23, but the most recent one I sent in was Monday (17/4/23).

Enlarged Glands in Neck
His platelets (96)and
haemoglobin
(119)levels dropped significantly last time and he is feeling increasingly tired. My questions are: Will this impact his breathing? He said he is dribbling sometimes; day and night. Is this a symptom? He is going to the doctor’s for a non urgent review!

Anaemia after TAVI
Research suggests that reductions in white blood cell and red blood cell counts,
haemoglobin
level and haematocrit in users of Clopidogrel plus aspirin were significantly greater than those in users of aspirin alone. (I haven't been prescribed aspirin.)

Anaemia or CLL? Time for re-referral?
Yet the ‘treatment trigger’ is there for the
Haemoglobin
, below the 10g/dl threshold. I am of the opinion that she should be referred back to the Haematologist rather than aiming to correct the
Haemoglobin
level by treating for Anaemia.

Confused
Three days later he called me to say that my WBC,
Haemoglobin
, and Platelets, had advanced quite negatively, and that he was referring me back to the NHS Team within a few weeks. He told me that my problem was not 'Immediate', and that it was what he called a 'Slow Burn' change.

Low Platelet, WBC, Lymphocyte etc
These are the ones I'm generally low or borderline on (since around 2012) : Lymphocyte count - last result 0.84 10^9/L Platelet count - lowest was 126 but it was 142 10^9/L last time Total White Blood (this fluctuates from 3.2 to 5.4 10^9/L but is more often low) and Mean Cell

POST 5 - CAR-T cell therapy
The latest on 6th June being: Abs .Lymphocytes - 4.00, WCC - 6.9, Platelets - 104,
Haemoglobin
- 122, Neutrophils - 2.1. Lymph nodes only slightly enlarged; none visible or palpable. So to learn my bone marrow was significantly disease laden was a shock.

Blood Tests
My white blood cells are also lower but I never understand whether they are better to be low (I would assume no infection) or should they be higher as in ready to fight, my red blood cells have yet again risen, they rise every time and are now 5.59 (limit is 4.80) even my
haemoglobin
estimation and haematocrit

Haemachromatosis?
Everything seemed to be normal re platelets, neutrophils,
haemoglobin
, folate levels etc. except for an abnormal rise in my iron levels.

High B12 - more tests needed?
Blood tests (GP & Medichecks) so far show
haemoglobin
& MCH a bit below range, haematocrit & MCH low but in range. Serum B12 is consistently high (latest 872, range 197 - 771) without any vitamin B supplements.

What does Anaemic mean ?
Haemoglobin
is 135 ( normal range 115-160) This is from blood tests done recently at my surgery. Yet at my last clinic visit my haematologist said I wasn't anaemic because my
Haemoglobin
was normal.

Update.
That aside my latest counts are
Haemoglobin
- 141, White cell count - 5.9. Platelets - 202. But there has been a further dip in my GFR. Down to 50mL/min. I am seeing my haematologist in early may so will hopefully get some answers.
