I’ve had some sort of low-level virus going on for about a week now. General lethargy, and then last Monday I woke with that bruised achey feeling in the edge of my ear (like I’d slept on it curled in) which is still with me. Then Tuesday morning I thought I’d cricked my neck but it turned out to be

Coronary calcium channel score
Is statin prescribing linked to Coronary Calcium score? In late 60's my recent Angiogram was fine but had a CCS score of 25. From what I've read, Statins do not eliminate existing plaque, but stop it getting worse. Always ate healthy, since a child being faddy, cut off every bit fat from meat, wouldn'teat

Journey to recovery
Hi everyone, I’m in my second month of recovery from IBS. Try Peppermint oil capsules (not the sweets) 30 minutes to 1 hour before your meal; 15 minutes it’s quite ok. The Holland & Barrets is highly recommended . I also take 2 glasses of water every morning before breakfast. Your mental health also

made it through the night
I was able to get through the night. I went to dinner and we had spinach artichoke dip and garlic parm chicken tenders. Then I started freaking about about getting sick. I couldn’t stop thinking about how I never want to throw up. I keep thinking it’s “my time” to throw up because I haven’t had a stomach

Feedback in garlic/ ginger paste for RLS
Have been eating this paste for over 5 weeks now.. generally from late afternoon and evening. The taste is awful but it does seem to be helping...as long as I avoid alcohol. I have had 2 evenings of RLS in that time ..Therapulse and listening to music stopped it. But the friend who recommended the mixture

Erectile Dysfunction and Cialis
Viagra doesn't work for me so i switched to Cialis. Viagra gave me all the stated side effects,...Cialis none, with the exception of a smile on my face! I bought a product online called Tadarise Pro 40. It's made in India, it's generic, and is suppossed to be 40mg of Cialis? I take half a tablet everyday

Feed back on the ginger and garlic paste
I have been able to watch two episodes of Dr Who this evening and do some art work. I felt my legs starting at about 4.30pm, made myself some paste ate a couple of spoonful's and the legs settled nicely.3 hours later still good. It also appears to have cleared up what was becoming a productive cough.

Recipe for garlic and ginger paste for RLS
This is what I'm using ..4 oz /120 grams fresh garlic, 4 oz/120 grams fresh ginger root plus runny honey to make a paste. Liquidise or mash together ..Take a teaspoonful and eat it during the afternoon/evening... My friend just takes it before bed but my RLS starts early evening so I'm starting it earlier

Vitamin C injections and supplements
I have CLL for seven years. My doctor does not think I will ever need treatments. I go to a local hematologist and to Moffitt once a year. But, I of course wonder. I am taking vitamin C injections and I take a number of supplements, but not sure if they are doing any good. Most are food supplements
