Melatonin
I hadnt mentioned i am following the low
glutamine
diet as well. It is so rare to feel good . My heart goes out to thise suffering. I think the melatonin is helping. Perhaps the large loading dose reset something. But 10 mg.seemed to work last night.

Reflux and IBS
I’ve also used L
glutamine
but two nights ago I took 1.5 teaspoons and it really helped the reflux. However experienced anxiety and migraines for the entire night . So my sleep is being depleted. I am still trusting that this too shall pass 🙏 but any feedback will be appreciated

Glutamine
? I have been reading and educating myself with Izabella Wentz, but loathe to spend money on expensive testings (GI Effects stool for example) and a practitioner consultation, if i might be able to do things myself.

Testosterone “Flare” (Or Testosterone?) Timing to Optimize Salvage Radiation Therapy
When the clinical trials are analyzed in terms of the timing of beginning ADT, simultaneously with starting RT or not, and whether bicalutamide or
glutamine
was used to block the testosterone flare, or not.

Mind-Map of Lone AF, Thyroid, Gilbert's and Autism
And is intriguing in highlighting the link between AF, B vitamin status, high glutamate, low
glutamine
and excessive homocysteine (Hcy). A largely unremarked association in the over a dozen years I have spent consulting leading Cardiologists.

Androgen receptor mutations for precision medicine in prostate cancer - Endocrine-Related Cancer, Review Article, Published: 17 Aug 2022
This is a very informative research paper on the mechanisms involved with current treatments that target the AR in PCa. Interestingly, it compares/contrast the actions (both as agonistic and antagonistic) of the ADT drugs (Bicalutamid, Flutamide, Enzalutamide, Apalutamide, Darolutamide, & Hydrocortisone

A very cool link for all inhibitors that you can download
Here is a very cool link on all the inhibitors. This link is awesome and it covers all inhibitors for all of the cancer pathways. Half way down under "Other Androgen Receptor Products" you will see two graphics; one is "Download Inhibitor Catalog", the other is download the "Androgen Receptor Signaling

Targeting glutamine metabolism network for the treatment of therapy-resistant prostate cancer
Here we report that while the
glutamine
carbon is critical to PCa survival, a parallel pathway of
glutamine
nitrogen catabolism that actively contributes to pyrimidine assembly is equally important for PCa cells.

My trial with sodium butyrate, a short chain fatty acid (scfa) and sodium propionate, also a SCFA
. ===================================== The combination of sodium butyrate, sodium propionate and L-
Glutamine
could have the ameliorating effect for my health I'm looking for. Again 🤞🏻 and hope for the best.
