A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO UNDERSTANDING KAPLAN-MEIER CURVES

Pausing BAT ?
For now I am pausing BAT after six rounds, but would be interested in any thoughts. I am on continuous Eligard, with dutasteride during the last three of the six periods. Each testosterone shot was 400 mg, given at intervals of two months or more. I also take a lot of the usual supplements. Prior

Man Lost Ability to Walk After Taking Too Many Vitamin B6 Supplements
A man in Australia lost his ability to walk after consuming 70 times the recommended daily dose of vitamin B6, ABC Radio Melbourne reported. But 50 milligrams is much higher than the standard dose recommendation in both Australia and the US, which is 1.7 milligrams of vitamin B6 per day for men over

Tens Machine
hi everyone I have had sciatica for nearly four weeks, excruciating pain in calf and lower back. Cocodamol, osteopath, physio and GP but no relief. I have ordered a tens machine and wondered if anyone else has used one and if it’s ok to use with AbFib. Thanks

Switch to Gabapentin from Pregabalin
I am sick and tired of daytime sedation from the 150 mg of pregabalin I take. It successfully treats my PLMD along with careful attention to food/drink triggers and has for three years or so. But it is hard to imagine the rest of my life fighting to stay awake. I have tried gabapentin twice. Both

Your thoughts/experiences please about a change to a high dose of Sotalol (120mg twice a day).
I have just had my 32nd bout of AF this year but could not shift this one myself (by cycling up a hill) so went to A+E. Sheffield A+E are always very accommodating, despite being very busy, and said that I had done the right thing to go in. The Cardiolology Depatment, where I am a patient, advised

OVM-200 Phase 1 clinical trial ( vaccine)
I thought I would start a new thread as the original was about the decision making but now I’m in it I realise a clean thread may help. So today is day 15 of the trial and I am getting the second dose of the vaccine ( subject to clearing the screening this morning). I will then be observed for 4 hours

Clonazepam
Hi I'm still having a rough time with RLS despite my usual gabapentin and temgesic. My doctor has suggested trying clonazepam in combination with my existing medication and I wondered what experience my fellow sufferers had with it. I've tried other benzo sleeping tablets in the past but the RL always

Anybody have there psa go up after inital treatment with docetaxel and then respond positively on a follow-up treatment?
They were hoping to start my dad on the new PSMA treatment, but they believe that his cancer caused disseminated intravascular coagulation (dic) which dropped his blood values in a way that makes him ineligible currently. He had done Docetaxel, Arbiratarone, clinical trail combo, Cabaziotaxal/immunotherapy
