Would an iodine supplement help?
I still don't feel well (very tired and the most dreadful brain fog which has stopped me driving) and wondered how I would know if an iodine supplement might help? Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Latest Medichecks results - stopped taking b12 liquid 2 weeks before test. Taking Spatone, VitaminD

I developed strange heavy lower leg sensation in 10/23; always been very healthy active 54 year old female. This issue coincided with a lower back flare up after playing pickle ball. MRI revealed a small disc bulge at L4-5 but no one was sure if these symptoms were related. I also got brain MRI

Thyroxine & Gaviscon
Hi just a quick question. I'm prescribed Gaviscon 4 times a day after meals & at night. My Thyroxine dose was always taken in the morning for 30 years then asked to change to bed time in 2022. Just realised that I also take Gaviscon last thing at night too. Any suggestions as if I omit it I get indigestion

T3 question
Iām currently on T3 only because of bad reaction with levothyroxine. Iāve been on Liothyronine 10mcg twice a day since 11 November. I havenāt been back to the doctors for a thyroid function test since October as Iāve read frequently that on T3 only they go more on symptoms than levels. I no longer have

Update on unexpected cholesterol rise.
18 days ago I posted that id had an unexpected rise in my cholesterol level, despite no change to diet etc. However I did change to taking my atorvastatin in the morning rather than night time, due to concern it was causing insomnia. Got GP appointment but what to say to get him to test anything more than TSH
Hi 3 months ago I wrote a post about my daughters results since 2018 & her vitamin levels which are dire. It has taken her this long to manage to get a telephone appointment with a GP next Wednesday. My question is what does she say to convince them to test more than just her TSH. I went through
