Lovely Quorn Curry for Dinner tonight
I found the recipe in a magazine and it also has butternut squash, garlic, chillies (I only used one as I don't like too much heat), garam masala, red pepper, onions, ginger, tinned tomatoes and Greek style yoghurt (I'm sure I am right with the ingredients.

QUINOA BURGERS
Ingredients
• 60g quinoa
• 1 x 400g tin chickpeas
• 1/2 white onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 3 tbsp tomato puree
• 5 tbsp chickpea flour
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp mixed herbs
• 1 tbsp. Golden Linseed (flaxseed)

Well I hate to be predictable but after I saw Debs burger I knew I had to make burgers for tea tonight and with picking wild garlic earlier today I made these.
I gently stir fried onion, kale, chestnut mushrooms, hot chilli and wild garlic plus coriander, cumin, ginger and turmeric.
Dinner tonight
Tonight we had roasted vegetables on a spicy garlic passata sauce, steamed kale and cous cous with basil, coriander and mint. Also today I made some garlic and herb cheese but it’s still a work in progress.....have a great evening 😊
My dinner
Water, onion, half sweet potato, chopped carrots & stalk of broccoli, garlic, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, coriander and other bits and bobs. All blitzed into a soup. Add chopped broccoli florets and warm them through. There's not much left in the pan.
