Hi everyone. I have been diagnosed with underactive thyroid in my 20's im 49 now. On 50 mmg daily for many years. In August 2023 my bloods were Tsh -6.52 miu/L (0.35 -4.94) FreeT4 -12.8pmol (9.01 - 19.05) Free T3- 4pmol ( 2.63 -5.7) My gp up my medications another 50mmg In October

Hi, I've has suppressed tsh for yrs and my previous consultant was fine with that. I am taking levothyroxine70 and 20 Liothyronine dure to extreme tiredness and low t3. The new consultant( moved area) says that dose will damage my heart. Don't want to feel awful again. I have no heart problems presently

I’ve read that leaving 16 hours in between eating or drinking anything other than water is an effective way for the body to burn its fat stores. Then during the 8 hour window that you do have food, you make sure you are consuming all the beneficial vitamins, minerals, protein, etc. and sufficient calories

just below normal Vit D symptoms
My husband has been suffering fatigue, low mood, and poor sleep over the last few months. Quite comprehensive blood tests only showed that his D3 level is just insufficient at 49, when acceptable levels should be 50+. Is it possible that his symptoms could be down to his D level?
