After 2 Nuclear Ligand treatments should I still have severe bone pain in my lower back?
He has now had 2 nuclear Ligand treatments but still often has severe bone pain (he was diagnosed with stress
fractures
in his T12 and T9 just prior to his first Ligand treatment in Austria. He is due for his 2nd bone hardening treatment tomorrow plus bloodwork.

Darolutamide
Can anyone here advice on SE of this drug please. I have been on Zoladex this last 6 months & have a PSA of 1.03 now, coming off Firmagon before that. Now the MO advises a 3 month break & then start Darolutamide tablets. Thanks for any input.

UPDATE: PSA doubled, MO has had little input
first off I just wanted to say thank you so much for everyone who responded to my previous post. For someone who is an inexperienced and worried daughter, I really appreciated everyone’s perspective. If you don’t recall, my dad’s PSA had gone up from 1.66 to 3.44 in about 2 months. His testosterone

Started Xtandi
Hello everyone, After almost 3.5 years, my PSA has gone down (from 577 to 4.23), and now it has started to go up again (9.5). So the Firmagon, Docetaxel and Radiation seemed to do a decent job. Now I've started Xtandi and after 3.5 weeks, a new low of 3.53! Doctor was very encouraged to see such

Xtandi and accelerated vision decline
I sent my MO a message the other day about all the SE's of Xtandi up to this point because it is really hitting me harder each day. A recent reference to just feeling like staring at wall is appropriate. So I mentioned decline of eyesight and that I would check the literature about what else I am experiencing

5/25 update on Zytiga failed
To review, after 19 months on Lupron, Zytiga, prednisone, PSA increased on 1/23 to 0.253, then 0.309 on 2/21. Plarify scan showed only one active site in hip which was radiated. 4/4 PSA dropped to 0.24 which indicated the lesion was knocked out and I would be hormone sensitive and stay on Zytiga. Yea

Please share your experiences with Provenge. What’s it like getting the injections and what are your results?
I’m stage four on Orgovyx and recently went castrate resistant with three small bone mets on my upper spine so we added Zytiga. I started the Eclipse clinical trial three weeks ago with PSA of 3.3 and am authorized for up to four treatments. My plan is to start Provenge after the trial is over. What

Coping with lack of motivation
Hello, I suffered brain injury, contusions, skull
fractures
following a high impact RTA. I have various symptoms such as loss of balance, smell, taste, memory, vocabulary but the worst is finding everyday life insurmountable. I know what I'm capable of and do not lack energy.

Rejoining the world - An update on my cancer experience as a patient with cirrhosis
I was having very painful time with back muscle cramps and had a fall which resulted in 3 compression
fractures
. While dealing with that I saw my PCP who identified that I was having a critical calcium event.

advice re knee pain.
My gp sent me to A&E to rule out
fractures
of the spine or pelvis. Scan was clear, so sent home. over the weeks the pain has intensified and goes all the way from mid shin to my hip. I had an urgent mri on Sunday, and returned to A&E today for the resits.

Wondering if anyone has had dental extraction while on Actemra. I was told by my dentist that it affects the jaw and I would need to see a specialist since an extraction would be problematic? I am in the UK and have weekly Actemra injections. Thx

I have been treated for metastatic PCa since 2004, and am currently on Xtandi. The side effects have been #!)@()($ awful, and I am currently on fentanyl patches to combat the pain caused by muscle rigidity and joint stiffness. My brain is so foggy that I have found it difficult at times to express myself
