asthma concerned
I’m now on the
Fostair
100/6 plus the blue inhaler when I need it which at the moment seems a lot. Can be once a day can be 3 times a day can be none. I saw the asthma nurse in December and she seemed happy that the
fostair
is working and to take my blue inhaler when needed.

Change from Spireva to Trimbow
The GP says I would need to take
Fostair
as well (previously just had Clenil steroid inhaler as a preventer.) Any advice or similar experiences? Thank you.

Fostair or Luforbec
My husband has been changed from
Fostair
to Luforbec by the GP. Presumably to save costs. They are supposed to be similar. He seems so much more wheezy awaking at night, coughing, since changing over the last five days. We are to get on to GP tomorrow.

DUORESP SPIROMAX
Tried
Fostair
but has not worked at all for me. I am now going to be trying DUORESP SPIROMAX. I have never heard of this but respiratory nurse thinks it is worth a try. Has anyone used this and how have they got on with it please? Many thanks for any replies.

Upset about inhalers
Last one was
Fostair
and Christmas was miserable as I had really bad oral thrush. I’m in tears after getting home from pharmacy to discover the GP today prescribed Symbicort. She said it would be better than
fostair
but it’s the same! I just want the classic brown one!

Sudden onset poorly controlled asthma
He started me,on
Fostair
100/6 Nexthaler and asked me to keep a peak flow diary for a few weeks and book in to see the asthma nurse who could see if I was asthmatic but he wasn’t convinced I was asthmatic as I had been fine up until the bug I got.

Is my FOSTAIR NEXThaler working correctly?
I have just taken receipt of my first
FOSTAIR
NEXThaler, and I’m concerned that I’m either not doing something correctly, or the inhaler is faulty? (OR it may be absolutely fine! 😃).

Fostair.
He said by the way the surgery has said that Luforbec is the same as
Fostair
. I said to him well I can’t understand why as soon as I went on it I had an attack of Aspergillosis. He said it may be because the components are different.

Fostair - prescription every 30 days
my
fostair
prescriptions have never been a problem before. However, yesterday I found out that my latest request is approved, but on hold until the 8 February. Seems I can now only have them every 30 days. 120/4 does equal 30.

Struggling to tolerate asthma meds
Has anyone had a bad reaction to
Fostair
or Flutiform? Clenil isn't helping to control my asthma but I can't seem to tolerate the newer stronger preventers. I'm limited to what I can use due to a dairy allergy. Would really appreciate some guidance . Thank you ❤️

Fostair shakiness
I am due to try
Fostair
but in the past one attempt caused my legs to be shaky. I gather this may wear off. Does anyone know is this is the case?

Steroid card Question
My combination inhaler is
fostair
200/6 2 puffs twice a day. I carry a steroid card because I take this inhaler. However when I asked for another steroid card to put with my ventolin from the pharmacy yesterday, the pharmacist told me I don't need one.

FeNO result of 39
I have not got an asthma diagnosis, but had inhalers (salbutamol, Clenil,
Fostair
) for 18 months after suspected Covid in March 2020. I stopped using them after I stopped noticing a benefit, and by then I had a breast cancer diagnosis so I had more to worry about.

Fostair
Hi, I don't often post much on here, but I'm trying to find out if the
Fostair
inhaler causes acid reflux. My husband had mild Asthma and mild COPD. He stopped using his
Fostair
for a few days to test it and had none, but he can't be without his inhaler.
