Reducing inhaler for spring/summer
Before being on these inhalers I was on
Fostair
200/6 2 puffs twice a day all year around. I used my
fostair
as a combination inhaler and Mart regime. I am waiting for the weather to change and to get warmer. What do I look for to see if I am okay on the lesser dose?

And if it is them the
fostair
etc isn't helping. Is there anyone else who has experienced these issues regarding their asthma? Does the
fostair
contain different ingredients to relvar and Trelegy inhalers? I just had a spirometer test last Tuesday and the nurse was happy with the results.

Anyone use Fobumix?
I am on

200 which i have only just discover from internet search that it is only a preventer. The
Fostair
100 is a preventer and reliever. I am sick of getting texts from surgery staff with no chance of a discussion. I use a spacer with my

Fostair - lactose-free?
I am seeing conflicting information online about
Fostair
as to whether or not it contains lactose (unfortunately, I only looked after the end of the consult). Could anybody confirm whether
Fostair
inhalers prescribed by the NHS contain lactose please?

The respiratory nurse (I've had a series of chest infections) has reduced my prescription for pred to 1mg daily, and commented that the steroid in
Fostair
should increase the steroid effect for my PMR.

I was put on the normal
fostair
inhaler to be taken once in morning and night some years back and never had a problem. In October 2022 I tried the
fostair
nexhaler which seemed better than having to use a spacer. It worked, one puff in morningone at night.

Symbicort Turbohaler or should I ask to try fostair+?
I have read about
Fostair
and people who have switched from Symbicort to
fostair
and it's helped them. I am going to see the asthma clinic next week to see what can be done. Should I ask to see if I could try and switch to
fostair
and which one spray or power?

She advised me to increase my
fostair
maintenance to 3 puffs twice a day. However I was under the impression that 4 puffs was the max per day for
fostair
when you use a reliever inhaler also and not using the
fostair
under the MART plan?
