Interferon muscle cramps
I had my second injection yesterday and no symptoms no
flu
like etc However during the night l had bad pain in my leg and hip. It felt a little like swimmers cramp. I am seeing my haematologist this week. Reading the literature they all list muscular pain as possible side effect.

Methotrexate and the COVID-19 Vaccine: Should You Stop Taking Methotrexate Temporarily After Getting the Shot?
This data has led some rheumatologists to advise patients to skip methotrexate for two weeks after getting a
flu
vaccine in order to increase the immune system’s response to the
flu
vaccine.

Long COVID: a public health expert’s campaign to understand the disease.
While I isolated at home with my three children, I was optimistic that the infection would pass, like other
flu
-like illnesses I’d had in the past, because I had no underlying risk factors for severe COVID-19. But I became nervous with every new day that passed while I was not recovering.

I ran a little further - 5.63km - but didn’t want to push it because no-one wants to get the
flu
or a cold right now! A little knee twinge as well, so I stayed on the safe side, ran the same route and listened to the same podcast.

Symptoms of a Covid Toe.
When they say that the Hospital admissions due to the
Flu
are down I'm thinking, well Yes they would be ,because of the Virus. they're linked. .They sent me a photo of his toe and it looks like Chiblains to me. But I'm not a Doctor Sooooo..

Questions, for Med/Onc
I was hoping to get into
Flu
-BLAST study there at UWMC, SCCA; but in reading fine print I'm ineligible. They require DT of >3 months. They have Axumin ability as that is what is used in this trial. I would opt for a Gal scan at UCSF, bearing the costs myself if necessary.

Immune cells discovered in the lungs improve virus defence.
A research team at the University of Basel has discovered immune cells resident in the lungs that persist long after a bout of
flu
. Experiments with mice have shown that these helper cells improve the immune response to reinfection by a different strain of the
flu
virus.

Covid Vaccination
I don't have the
flu
jab because it brings me out in a rash. I mentioned all this when I went and took a list of which drugs I was allergic to. That was taken to a GP to check before they did he injection.

Why Do A lot of People not Know About Lupus Until It's to Late?
I know that I more people had known about lupus i would not have been in the hospital cause my kidneys we failing. now a days things like cancer diabetes strep throat and the

Results okay? Sore eyes/headache
My dr increased my levo from 75/100mcg alternate days to 100mcg daily at the start of December after I was having awful headaches and body aches - basically feeling like I had
flu
all the time. By mid December I felt much better and have done ever since.

Graves Disease - My experience
I have had proper
flu
once in my life and that is the closest thing to this that I have experienced. Really dizzy and light-headed, aching, shaky, zero energy and prone to bursting into tears for no apparent reason other than how horrible I was feeling.

Amlodopine! The Gp go to for cheap BP meds ......then go to Hospital... A cautionary tale
Called again said I felt like I had
flu
or something, was struggling to breath, told to get covid test, even though I had both phizer jabs in Jan and March, asked could it be the new med, dismissed as "never had it caused such things" .

Covid Vaccine, would you have it? Fibromyalgia reasons
I was just recovering from an epidural I had three years ago, only to be bedridden by the
flu
jab. I'd never had issues with the
flu
jab before. Would this be grounds for refusing the Vaccine? I've been isolating from March. Just wondered what your views are. Update...

Group 6 and Vaccine
Usually with the
flu
jab my arm swells up and aches and I feel shattered. So far nothing of the sort has happened with the covid vaccine. No swelling on my arm at all. No redness. No tiredness. No pain. Very slight arm ache but nothing compared to what the
flu
vaccine usually does to me.

Living by the sea
I was 63 and 2 months before symptoms I moved near to the sea (which is at the end of my road) and had my first
flu
vaccination. Just throwing it out there, as I always wonder if either of these are significant. Having said this, I will still be having a Covid vaccination.
